Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked perfectly for two months until I started getting black screens and keyboard and mouse stopped connecting. After a lot of troubleshooting seemed to be a bad motherboard and sent it back to Cyberpower to get it looked at. Customer service was excellent (and the reason for two stars instead of one) and got it back in just a few weeks with what I assume was a new motherboard. Worked fine for a couple of hours and started to experience green lines, forced into an 800 x 600 resolution constantly, and the GPU stopped showing up in task manager. After trouble shooting again decided the graphics card had gone bad as well and instead of sending it back just decided to put in a new one myself and has been working fine ever since. tldr worked fine for a couple of months until both the motherboard and GPU failed

RGB issues. Case sucks.

I know what the issue is, but the case has a lot of unnecessary parts that make it hard to find stuff & all the wires are intertwined. Messy job making this. The case is too unnecessary. Hopefully I don't have any other issues when I actually set it up.

Great computer but horrible CPU cooler

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great computer, however the liquid cooler was not working well when purchased, it would reach 92 degrees Celsius within 2 mins of start up, and would stay that way even when doing nothing. It would remain at 98 degrees when gaming. I brought the computer to GeekSquad and they said it was a faulty cpu cooler, so they exchanged my computer for a brand new one like it, and it did the exact same thing straight out of the box. This will probably be a great PC from the specs but make sure the first thing you do is put in a upgraded cpu cooler
