    I brushed off the 1 star reviews thinking that those problems couldn’t possibly happen to me. Not only was I completely wrong, I was wrong twice. Both times my motherboard was defective on arrival. There two options were either wait a month for cyberpower to fix it or take it to Best Buy for a trade in. I didn’t want to wait a month for them to fix an issue that shouldn’t have been an issue so I traded it in. Got home, booted it up and the same issue occurred. Absolutely horrendous. It’s a shame too because my last computer that I’ve had for almost 8 years is a cyberpower and I loved it. Safe to say I won’t ever be going through cyberpower again. I’ve learned my lesson.

    It was ok in the beginning but it builds up issues and installing RAM isn’t supported well. It creates issues with the motherboard. I had to take this to repair.

    Do not buy any of the cyberpower brands, I was tricked likely just as you, so many great reviews what could possibly be wrong? Theyre all bought reviews, cyberpower give a free $50 amazon gift card when you leave 5 star reviews. Wiring was unplugged, side panel was scratched, gpu was bent, and dont get me started on how the computer comes with absolutely no drivers.

    Absolutely terrible first PC experience with CyberPower. This is the second computer that’s had issues. First one randomly stopped working 1 week after having it and I was within my return window, so I exchanged for the same thing. After a month, this one has quit on me. Computer will boot, but no power/display to any monitors, and no power to any peripherals. Thank God I bought the protection plan. So I will see where this goes from here, but I’m likely not buying CyberPower again.

    Decent build quality but for me it did not performed well. Maybe I had a defective unit but 25-30Fps in MSFS 2020 just not enough from an RTX3070.

    It's so slow. My wifi is perfectly fine. I'm playing games like World of Warcraft and FFXIV on my mom's computer (just a regular laptop) and there's no problems at all. Because I thought it was my wifi, its now passed time to be able yo return it. And I'd have to pay for them to look at it even though i didnt get it too long ago. This sucks.

    When I first purchased this PC I had issues with the monitor being recognized. After some time tirning the computer off and on it finally displayed. I played Forza Horizon 5 maxed out with no issues. Now the computer won't display an image on my monitor until I've booted it a handful of times first. Returning ASAP!

    Wasn’t good. For the first 10 mins it runs fine then it becomes more slower and barely any fps in game

    Bought this computer thinking it would the perfect upgrade to my Omen 30L. BOY WAS I WRONG. Between crashes, things not installing properly, and parts literally beinh unplugged upon arrival, this was a colossal waste of money. 4 Blue Screens later and im returning it. DO NOT BUY

    Product came in damaged and Best Buy is a nightmare to work with on refunds replacements or compensation. Stay away from this company and products they sell through it. I’ve never been treated so poorly and still have no solution to my problems.

    Box seemed to have been previously opened. Keyboard box (which is packaged inside main box) was ripped and there was a scuff on one of the legs. Booted to microsoft display driver with green lines all over screen. Exclamation mark on the nvidia card in device manager. Seems after a google search to be a bad graphics card.

    Gamers Dream

    This desktop computer is SUPER quiet. I like that you can change the colors with the press of a button. It meets all my gaming needs! It doesn't over heat either. I can have my internet browser open, plus discord, Steam, and a game playing with ZERO lag.

    Great value and great performance. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper way to get a decent build. Was missing a screw for the secondary m.2 standoff mount though. Also only comes with 2 intake fans and the only exhaust is the AIO. My rig runs fine and doesn't reach crazy high numbers, but I will be adding more fans. Also after a couple months of running I think the WD m.2 that comes with it is starting to die.

    This the worst pre-built gaming computer I have ever used. Continually shutting down and restarting itself and unable to play even mid graphics games in full screen if at all. I would highly recommend to not purchase a Cyberpower PC.

    (Disclaimer: Writing this because cyberpower rewards me with amazon gift card) Pros: -Runs well so far (just got) and plays games great at QHD aka 1440p. -Good deal for a prebuilt imo. -Nice and fancy looking All-in-one liquid cooler for CPU -Sleek and pretty case/RGB fans if you're into that -Easily openable side window with nice tempered glass Cons: -Still marked up (build your own for the best deal) -Cheap-looking B550m motherboard (doesn't affect performance, you can replace down the line, just might not last as long) -16GB might be a little low for medium future, probably your first upgrade down the line, 32GB is my preference -Case requires screwdriver to get into where psu and drive stuff, not a huge deal but kinda annoying imo Conclusion: If you're looking for a prebuilt this is a solid choice. however, as usual with prebuilts it's cheaper to build your own. Try to do your own component research especially if you are new to computers to make sure you're not getting too marked up on components. Even within the same brand it varies widely. P.S. Regarding my original defective unit- I was given a smooth Cyberpower customer support experience in guiding me to getting it replaced thru Best Buy. Phone technician seemed a little hasty to blame the GPU for my particular issue, which as an ex-technician myself seemed a bit questionable but not a huge deal since I was going to get a new unit regardless. My new unit had some audio issues that seemed to be fixed by restarting and doing driver updates, but minor thing of note.

    Not ideal for running games. For a PC at this cost, you would expect FPS to at least be above 100. No amount of tweaking worked.

    Great Pre-Build for Reasonable Price

    The experience I've had with my CyberPower PC has been nothing short of amazing. Paid a very reasonable price for the amount gaming and other activities I use it for. Once I pulled it out of the box, it was super easy to set up and start using right away. Also, I like the fact I can easily upgrade the graphics card and add more ram in the future.
