Let me start off by saying this gaming PC is awesome. It’s beautiful. It’s fast and my daughter loves it so much. It’s like nothing I ever seen before.

My son loved this pc. We couldn't choose what gaming pc to get an 11 year old as first pc. This was perfect. The design is beautiful. Computer is great and price on point!

Best investment. I got it on the Black Friday deal, and it was worth it. I have plane x11 and Microsoft flight sim, and this PC is able to handle the highest setting!

I'm so glad that I chose this product. I've had it for about a month and so far it has ran every game flawlessly without making too much noise or even heating up.

I Bought this pc and a local Best buy, hooked it up and it worked fine until I noticed the CPU got to 100 degrees Celsius. I did fix it by undervolting the CPU. Now it works great, I would recommend this PC.

Very pleased with how easy the setup process was. Opening up the box and setting up took less than 15 minutes. This pc is great for gaming and almost anything else you desire. Ultimately a great pc 8/10

Love it! It runs so smoothly! I like how it can handle multiple different programs and still keep a high framerate. 11/10 would recommend for a friend!

The pc looks great, the reset button on the top changes the lights. Had to open the back and plug in the fans leds. It was an easy fix. Performs great.

This has been a big eye opener compared to having rocked an OG Xbox one for over 6 years. I figured if I was going to upgrade that it might as well be something worth the money. Only thing I have had the most problems with is finding a software that will let me customize the interior fan lights because the button only has so many options and I want to really be able to change the colors. In updating for future buyers I was making sure the processor and the graphics card was up to date and if the AMD processor drivers are installed You will get error 182 and will need to run the AMD uninstall tool. So just up[date the graphics card drivers. All in all very awesome for transitioning into computer games.

"bought two pc's total from cyberpower in the past year or so one for me and for a family member. the pcs work great had to call customer service to get help for a step by step proccess on updating the bios but it was very easy and pretty, fast. if i could ask for one thing is better pricing on some of the computers, i understand parts labor all that jazz but i have built a few pcs myself, with roughly the same specs for about 2-300$ cheaper, but for a prebuilt pc, pretty much ready to use out the box they do a great job, would defintley recommend them"

My kids have been pc gaming since Christmas day. They love plaving their cyberpower pc and all the new games their able to experience with it.

I am honestly pretty satisfied with the system. My only complaint would be the lack of instructions concerning the internet connection setup. At the moment I had gotten the system I didn't have access to an ethernet cable and so I was left without my internet being able to connect to the computer. The computer did have antennas to attach to it in order for Wi-Fi to work so in the end it was my fault, but I wish that there were instructions for the antennas so I wouldn't have spent more time struggling. Otherwise, the products are fantastic.

Pc works fine, I can play games at high settings and get good frame rate. But I need to use ethernet connection because the regular wifi signal wasnt good.

Boot up time is very quick . I am able to run Fortnite or Call of Duty in 4k at Unlimited! Truly amazing and a great deal for the specs!

Very good deal, computer runs great. However, the shipping left the package in the rain, no damage was sustained but its still not acceptable to leave a computer in the rain.

PC works well so far. Took a bit longer to be able to pick it up from the store because it took forever to get shipped to the store. Other than that, everything is great.

Good PC so far, I can run almost every single game I have. I do not regret this purchase and it was a MAJOR upgrade. Thanks.
