So, I actually have the previous model of this PC. All of the parts are the same except the CPU is a Ryzen 7 3700x, it's an older one. Other than that, everything else in the system is the same as you see here. Here's why you should NOT buy this computer: -Poor Ram speed: This pc has a ryzen cpu, which heavily relies on a the ram speed to deliver good performance. To compensate for the cost of the RTX 3070 they've put in this system, they've given you cheap 3000mhz Ram which bottlenecks the performance of the system. -Cheap power supply: This is THE biggest red flag. This alone is the reason you should avoid Cyberpower at all costs. They seem to use this Cheap brand called APEVIA. When I plugged this computer into my dual monitor setup, the monitors flickered, and the PC would actually just shut down on occasion. Even if you already own this PC and it seems to run fine, heed my warning: If your power supply dies, it's going to take the rest of your system with it. -Cheap motherboard: Only 1 M.2 slot on it, you have to use sata drives if you want to expand. (not ideal) -Cheap Cooler: The ryzen CPUS run very hot and I had to swap out this cooler because I was getting thermal throttling from the single-fan radiator not being able to cool my CPU enough. (thermal throttling means the system runs hot so the computer slows itself down to keep itself from overheating, so you're losing performance) -Cheap case: There are 2 fans on the front of the case that literally suck air from practically nowhere. There is solid glass in front of them, so the cooling is basically a joke. There is a small intake vent on top of the PC, but there is not enough cool air flowing in to keep this system running cool. The positives! (Finally) The CPU is good (when it's not running very hot) The graphics card is great and seems to be the only component in the system that did not get thermal throttled during my testing because it has a beefy tri-fan shroud. In conclusion, the GPU is the ONLY redeeming factor in this system. Since buying this system, I have spent well over $500 swapping out the cheap parts for actual, durable ones that aren't going to fail on me in a year. Cyberpower has blatantly cut corners in this system to squeeze a 3070 in here, but it majorly loses out on performance mainly due to poor cooling/thermal solution, as well as a god awful case design. P.s., if you decide to ignore my warnings and still buy this PC, do it for store pickup if possible. Mine was shipped to my house and the GPU arrived dead. Shipping it to home has it being handled by UPS and they do not take care of it at all. It arrived with a dent in the PC itself and the GPU being dead like I said, but that could have also been just faulty by the manufacturer. You are better off building this system yourself for like $300-$400 more. Also, if you get the PC and it's defective, just return it to Best Buy. Do not go through CyberpowerPC support because you will wait a long time on the phone just for them to tell you to pay for insurance and shipping to send them the broken product. Don't waste your time or money.
