Pretty disappointed with this purchase!

The fans stops running randomly until the pc overheats and shuts down, the video card just shuts down out of nowhere randomly and the USB ports are the worst thing i've ever seen as they will barely hold a plug in place. Next is the power button, half the time it works and others it doesn't. The lights are cute but a front USB port would be way more useful. When it does run it runs very well and the video is excellent but having a pc that turns off randomly is as useful as using a paper bag to carry water.

Good but overheats

A suggestion would be to change the case but for me, it was cheaper to replace it

Overall Great PC

Spoke to best buy employees extensively before buying and was assured that this PC would meet all my needs. Was told it was a "beast" of a computer and so far it's living up to that. Definitely recommend.

Just ok

Now, however, I have some issues with it black screening despite it not overheating. I have cleaned the inside several times and it still happens periodically. Not really worth the price IMO.

New PC

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The cpu went out first week. They exchabged it. The ram went out kf the next one a few weeks later. Then the video card. Now, today the mother board. This computer has been nothibg but issue after issue for me. Gone through 2 separate towers with no longevity. Not running taxing programs or for long hours. It is mind blowing how poorly this comouters is built.
