Fresh out the box and powers off consistently
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Followed quick start guide out of the box and about 3 minutes into powering on, it would shut down. Would continue to shut down consistently after 2-3 minutes into powering on. Reviews online mention consistent issues with Apevia PSUs that this comes with. Will need to reach out to CPP Help Center but given the holiday weekend, won’t be able to enjoy this unit for a few days.

Black screening
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only around a week after i had this pc it would start to black screen and the sound would continue the last sound before the screen turned off. Ive tried different cables, monitors, and outlets. I brought it to a computer fixing place and they spent a month on it and couldnt figure it out. I would like to know, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING.
