Worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've bought 2 different pcs from Cyberpower both from best buy I don't know how their website differs but both times the pcs have worked perfectly fine. The last one the wires were out of place was a little difficult to figure out how to get it to start but all the components worked just fine

I did have some trouble the first time around I went to the Torrance location and they had damaged the pc but they were very understanding and they gave me a multiple options of course I chose to get the same one.

Computer damage for 2 times already

It is very disappointing that the store does not care and do not take steps to improve at least to doc the incidents. It is vey annoying at this point for a very expensive computer. This third time i would chose to pick at the store to open the case there and show them. Not confident anymore on this brand.

Expensive Paper weight.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer does not boot. When it turns on it shows the Bios screen and then the screen fills with horizontal green lines and freezes. The CyberPowerPC customer service has been terrible to deal with.
