So far so good. It could have used more padding around the case, because the back of my case is bent in a few spots. It's not that big of a deal for me because I'm not going to be looking at it. I did get it from in store and they said it had been there a while. The box had one small dent on the side of the box.

I had a bad experience, the graphics card arrived damaged and I had to return it but they changed it in the end. It's a great computer, I just couldn't connect the bluetooth

I plugged it and installed a few games to try it on. The first 2 days went smooth and ran so nice and quiet, then it started with this loud noise in the front fans I thought perhap it was a loose screw or something blocking the fan or may be it only happens when playing high graphic spec games but now that grinding noise is happening all the time . Im sorry because the computer is beautiful but I need performance not looks. I ended returning it and just waiting to see what other pc maybe a different brand will be better .

This is a terrible machine!!!! Google B650M C-Y1 and read on Reddit. They give you a motherboard that does not function properly and does not offer any updates!! When you try to update through Gigabyte Control Center, it'll download the Bios and then tell you the image is wrong. Your RGB lights stop working after a few months and it is impossible to fix them without updating and fixing the motherboard. Wifi Cards go out or get 8mps. Not to mention the vented top allows dust to fall down on top of all the computer parts inside the machine, i literally had to cover 2/3 of it to prevent this.. which makes you worry if the machine will overheat. Honest to God, I will never buy another Cyberpower brand anything. I will never recommend Cyberpower to anyone. In the picture you can see that the back corner of one of the fan RGBs is lit up blue slightly.. That's all. The rest are off even though the computer is on. Some days they're off, some days they are random colors, some days random patterns, a few days they work normal. Its completely random. Terrible machine. 0 Stars.

Iv only had it for a couple of days now, but so far I love it, the price is definitely on point for what your getting, everything is nice and fast, and its seems highly upgradable, the addition of being on the am5 platform means you can run gddr5 ram, the rtx 3070 is more then fast enough for most modern games to run butter smooth at 1440p, the processor is a great one from amd and is nice and speedy with everyday tasks and games, and the build quality is great, if your like me and dont feel like fiddling around TOO much to build your own and dont have time for that then this is a great way to get something modern that works great at a moderate price.

Had this for a few weeks now and everything still runs perfectly well, and it was more than enough for my gaming needs. I had a BSOD when setting it up, but a simple hard reset and a windows update fixed it immediately.

This is my very first PC ever and it's amazing! The RGB is gorgeous, the PC is very fast and pretty easy to use and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. The price was really good for what it has to offer. It plays all tipple A games really well on high settings and I can barley notice a lag. I'm happy and I don't have to buy a million laptops anymore.

I have had this PC for a couple of months now and so far so good! I originally thought about upgrading my last one, but it would've probably cost just as much if not more as it was over at least 5 years old. This PC will last me a good while and be great for any future upgrade needs and it was an amazing deal! I don't have any major complaints that I can think of. The specs are amazing and my games run smoothly. I'm excited to see how it handles art and editing projects as well. It comes with a nice keyboard and mouse. I'm a bit confused on how to actually change the PC RGB light patterns as I tried to do so through the software app it provides, but the changes would never show or apply even after being saved. This is something I'll have to look into more. But yeah, overall, great PC. I will update if I run into any major problems.

So this is my first time using a Ryzen CPU PC and I have not been having a single issue at all. GPU is already a good one, RAM is DDR5 which is amazing and let's talk about the added bonuses of CyberPower. I loved the Wi-Fi part that comes with the PC, keyboard, and mouse they sent. Even though I already have a set that I already I definitely won't need a backup because the ones that they send are good! I love the design of the PC and the coolers look really nice. Overall the PC has really nice features and it looks really good and does not eat too much space. 100% would recommend!
