This was my first pre built pc that I've bought online and I was a little concerned. Mostly over how the packaging and handling of it would be and also making sure it came with all the hardware it promised. I have to say after receiving it that I'm very satisfied so far with this computer. Not only was it packed very securely, but it also plays the latest games without a problem right out of the box. The only thing I might require an upgrade after a bit is the ram, but other than that it runs great. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable gaming rig.

Shipped easy and arrived in two days. Plugged it in and it worked great off the bat. First complaint was the second day I turned it on the Windows 11 start buttons wouldn't work on the bottom of the screen. Apparently this is a common issue with Windows 11. Restarting the Windows 11 program in Task Manager reset it and it now works. Second complaint is the key removal tool was stuck in my keyboard under the MNB keys and I had to fish it out (more cyberpower's problem then Best Buy). Overall though, great PC from the little I've used it so far.

I am, for the first time, switching from console to PC. I have researched for years before making the move. After finally deciding on a PC, I chose the cyperpower PC and I must say I am thoroughly satisfied. I play rocket league and this by far is the best PC for the money that I could by. 100 thumbs up! ready to play. Highly recommended

I love it to have a my new PC. Design is so pretty. Also it is a prepared product, so its easy to connect with monitor.

Got this as a system to run games on ocassion, mostly games like Call of Duty MW2 and other game systems. No issues with lag or drop in frames and access to the inner workings for maintenance or ipgtsdes is nice. Only thing ive had issues with is it running hot so upgrading the cooling is next on my list.

I feel the pc runs pretty good and is a good starting price for a beginner PC especially with the monthly payment plan definitely affordable

EXCELLENT!! first time getting into PC gaming heard everyone talk about it and decided now was my time. store personnel where extremely helpful and the computer itself runs like a dream even off of wireless I had something run this good. highly recommend to others!
