Right now I'm really not happy with this PC. I had to warranty my last PC (different brand also prebuilt from best buy). I get home and set this up, and it's been constant crashes and glitches. While gaming I keep having an issue where the PC will freeze, graphics are still running, but inputs do not work. Mouse and keyboard will be locked into whatever position they were in. I'm playing a shooter and my guy will start running strafe left while looking down for like ten seconds before it comes back to life and accepts any inputs to the contrary. A significant number of just complete PC crashes mid game, the computer will just power off. Trying to boot has been a near impossibility. I log in past the pass code and the PC will crash repeatedly before the boot sequence is complete... This is entirely way too much headache for a computer this expensive that's a week old with a fresh install. I have basically nothing on the computer and it's still crashing like crazy. It's going back to the store today... I'm over it. Currently trying to uninstall Windows updates to see if I can get in and move stuff from the c drive before I return it and I can't even do that.

    What a nightmare

I bought this pc about 2 weeks ago for my son. Since then I have returned to the store 3 times due to the poor quality control from Cyberpower. The first pc worked for 1 day then the gpu died overnight. Fine it happens, went to the store and got a replacement the next day. We bring home the replacement plug it in and it goes into a BSOD loop I couldn’t even log into windows. Fine we return to the store and they give us another one and this time we have the geek squad guys prepared the pc for a couple days to make sure it works this time. 2 days later we pick up PC number 3 and we made sure to play games in the store to ensure no problems. The pc worked but it was a short 9 days later that it again began a death loop 2 days before thanksgiving and now we head back to the store. Unfortunately they did not have another replacement so they took it in for repair. It was determined that the RAM and Harddrive on this one died. My options where to RMA the device to cyber power that could take weeks or pay to have bestbuy replace the parts in store with parts off the shelf. I wanted my son happy and the problem resolved as fast as possible so I agreed to pay the $250 in repairs on a brand new pc but man I feel pretty cheated. If I knew it would be this much of a hassle I would have just built one myself. The only saving grace was that the employees on all instances were great.

For a $1700 dollar pc you would think all the parts would be quality. The wifi card is awful. I only get speeds of 5mbps when my phone on the same network gets 480mbps. Its disappointing because i have a cyberpower pc from dec 2019 that has faster wireless internet than a 2024 model. If you can't plug in directly to the router you're going to need a better wifi card. One of the fan leds doesn't work. I'm going to a try a wifi adapter to see if that improves the speed but i may end up having to return this machine.

Started blue screening right out of the box. Was able to download a game and play for a few minutes. Then every 10 seconds it started to reset itsefl pver and over. I swapped it out for the same model thinking I got a dud. But the new one did the same thing. I tried updated the drivers, I even reset the PC. But at the end of the day I'm not gonna be IT for a brand new PC. It should work right out of the box. Returned this one and probably will never buy another PC from BestBuy.

Love the PC, purchased two actually. I just came here to say, Best Buy has the most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Next purchase will be of the same quality but from a different dealer. Took two days to get someone on the phone(from India..), who then told me there were no options to add a pick up person that they’d happily just cancel my order. Don’t end up in the hospital, you’ll lose your items if you cannot pick them up on time. 1 star until someone that can read reaches out

Had issues with Bluetooth on day one. Called customer service and they really could care less. Told me to send it back but never sent a shipping label. Two months later now I'm getting blue screens and can't even log in. Now I need to spend 300 to mail it back. Customer service is awful although I can't blame them as they are probably getting yelled at every day. Shame on me for buying a pre built. Never again.

Lovely! Just be diligent during setup!

    Posted .

Absolutely lovely! The PC was a relatively easy to move around and actually hook up. A teenager, so long as she's determined, could set it up on their own, even with no experience regarding computers. Smooth as butter, at least for general use and light gaming, and stays nothing above lukewarm through extended use. Gorgeous and arrived unscathed, pristine and white. There's a button to go through different RGB options. THE MOST TROUBLE I HAD: Since I've got zero experience with computers, I wasn't aware that the two, bendy leg-like devices were the internet antennae that screw into the back of the PC. If these aren't attached, you won't ever get past setup--you won't ever connect. Please don't disregard them as extras. LESS TROUBLESOME: Although I'm grateful it's there, there is foam that fills the PC's innards that you will have to pull out, and it's stuck in there real nicely. You will need to unscrew the glass, and I had to haphazardly tape down things to safely screw it back in. It is tough, and I might suggest breaking the foam into smaller pieces to not accidentally displace anything inside. I'm not using the keyboard, but know it's membrane, like a laptop. The mouse works just fine, has sensitivity settings, back/forward buttons on the side. Matte texture.

Rust players, buy this: 7800x3D prebuilt

Overall, this is a great prebuilt, especially if you want to get a 7800x3D. I bought this mainly for the CPU upgrade, and for the Black Friday price of $1500 after taxes, I think the system is a great deal given the parts in the system. Performance at 1440p is excellent. The 3070 Super will run most games at ultra settings over 100 FPS. Returnal runs over 160 FPS with ray tracing on, albeit using frame gen. Overwatch 2 runs at 165 FPS without even breaking 50% gpu utilization. Rust, which is the game I bought this system for, runs near 140 FPS with ultra settings. Helldivers 2 doesn't quite hit 100 FPS, but it still looks and plays great at a mix of high and ultra settings. The CPU never exceeds 40% utilization in any tested game so far. Thermals have been acceptable. The GPU never goes above 70 degrees even under full utilization for hours at a time. The CPU also hangs around 70 degrees mostly, with 80 degrees being the highest I've seen it when utilization is over 50%. The case has fine airflow for a pre-built. There's ventilation on the top, rear, and front of the case. The front fan is slightly obstructed by the case itself, but not a big deal. All of this is pretty good for a prebuilt, which often have terrible airflow. I would say thermals are fine here, but could be better if the AIO was higher quality. Speaking of AIO and thermals, I have taken one star off because the fans and AIO are CyberPower brand. They are a bit louder than I would like, and don't seem to control easily via MSI afterburner. Alas, the noise is acceptable with headphones on, and this is with the PC sitting on my desk right next to me, which likely amplifies the noise. My SSD was ADATA, which is budget brand but has been fine so far. I assume the PSU is also probably a budget brand, but that's simply a compromise you make if you buy a prebuilt from CyberPower. The Motherboard and GPU are both from MSI, which is nice, especially the GPU being a white variant, which matches the case. Your mileage will vary which brand your components will be of course. In short, a star off for CyberPower cutting corners on components like the fans, AIO, and SSD, although none of it terribly compromises anything. In regards to first time setup, my PC ran fine out of the box with no issues. Just a windows update, driver updates, and everything has run perfectly. System boots on in 10 seconds or so. Other reviewers mention problems with WD SSDs; I can't speak to this since my drive was ADATA. In short, if you can buy this system at $1500 or so after taxes, you're getting a great deal. Pricing everything out, you couldn't buy this PC for $1500, plus the convenience of being assembled for you is a huge plus. At the regular price of $1800 after taxes, you're paying a premium above the cost of parts, which would maybe give me pause. With the 9800x3D just released, I assume they will discount this again in the future, so be patient and snag a deal!

    Fantasic!

Let me start off by saying this computer is an absolute beast. It’s had been able to run every game I’ve played on it 1440p @144hz on the highest settings. So far that includes Medieval Dynasty, Helldivers 2, Marvel Rivals, and Black Ops 6. If you have any doubts about the performance of this pc, let this review put those to bed. Now with that being said, there is margin for issue with the way Cyberpower builds these. It has become very clear to me that they are buying whatever 4070 super’s and 7800x3d’s they can get their hands on and then throwing together whatever other parts they get in wholesale. I bought mine on the Black Friday sale for $1400 which is amazing considering the gpu and cpu alone cost $1200 combined. So obviously a great deal for a whole pc at 1400. The first one I bought came with an ASUS dual axial fan 4070 super. The ram, cooling equipment and psu are the same across the board as far as branding goes. The reason I rated 4 stars is because of the wholesale parts discrepancy which I will explain now. The motherboard was a no name brand which ended up seemingly being the cause of issues. The wifi card on board is discontinued and had drivers from 2006 which it kept failing to maintain a connection then the error light on the board kept coding a red signal, the pc was slowing and then then freezing. After tons of troubleshooting, nothing could fix it and after accepting defeat I took it back and exchanged it. After opening the new one, I immediately saw the difference. This one had a 3 fan MSI 4070 super and an MSI motherboard as well as some of the fan blades were different colors from each other. That was when I realized they just pool whatever parts they can. Luckily this time with the MSI board it has operated perfect! The point I want to make is that you may or may not get a perfectly consistent build. It will not guaranteed be an asus, MSI, gigabyte themed build so be weary of that. If you do happens to get a no name generic motherboard that shows ANY issue in the first couple days I would maybe consider exchanging it before the return window expires just to be safe. This is a great pc and a fantastic deal if you can catch it on a sale like I did! (Funny note: I accidentally plugged my dvi into the motherboard and not the 4070 when I got the 2nd pc. I launched up Marvel Rivals and realized my mistake after I finished playing. I didn’t even notice because AMD Ryzens integrated graphics perfectly played it at 1440 max settings at 144 fps the whole time. That just shows you how good the cpu is alone)

I have been reading about these pre-built systems for a while and finally decided to jump on one at my local Best Buy. I got it home and unboxed it and was disappointed that the side of the case had some scratching that had to have happened during the assembly or packaging, not shipping. Seems to be on par with other reviews. However, the system runs flawlessly. It is such a great system for the price. I couldn't have picked a better system. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

The system was pretty much plug in an play ready. It runs all my favorite games, with no signs of over heating, lag spikes, or graphic issues. I am more than happy with my purchase. I was excited to play Ark Survival Ascended, a very high graphic demanding game, on high settings thanks to the GeForce RTX 4070 Super graphics card. Over all Great PC at a great Price

I think, that for the price, this PC is an incredible value! At the time I ordered it, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D was the best gaming CPU that money could buy and this pre-built system was the only way of getting that CPU at any reasonable price point. Although the Ryzen 7 9800X3D is now available, this PC still has an amazing price to performance ratio. I can play most AAA games at high-max settings at 4K resolution while running at 60 FPS thanks to the RTX 4070 Super. The included mouse, keyboard, and AMD gifts when purchasing this PC are just the icing on top of the cake that is this great value proposition of a beastly, gaming-PC. If anyone is looking to purchase a new system for gaming, then I think this should be a strong contender for your hard-earned dollars.

I'm genuinely impressed with this system. Having built around six PCs for myself and friends over the past few years, I’ve seen my builds become outdated as my gaming habits and life have evolved. Recently, I decided it was time for a new PC to support both gaming and photo editing. Instead of building one from scratch or dealing with the potential headaches of custom orders and shipping, I came across this system. The reviews were positive, and I was drawn in by its reasonable price, clean cable management, and simplicity—only a CPU water cooler to manage. The system booted up quickly, encountered no issues, and has effortlessly handled demanding games and editing software. If you're looking for a reliable, reasonably priced option (especially if it's on sale) that offers future upgrade potential, this is an excellent choice.
