I rated it a 5 based on quality of components used, overall design, cost to performance, and whether I'd purchase again from this company. The good: The computer is great. The components used are all from really solid manufacturers. Overall, the machine works great, all the software that needed to be installed is there, and the overall look of the machine is really nice. The hardwired RGB control is a nice touch. I prefer that setup to a software configuration. The case also deserves a mention for the magnetic filter on the top and the tempered glass panel to get into the case opening and closing with a single magnet. Both make the machine feel premium. I paid retail for the machine and at the time of purchase, I think buying individual parts and doing a build myself would have been more expensive. So, overall value was pretty great too. The bad: Mine was shipped to me with a few minor issues. Firstly, there were two extra screws rattling around in the case. I was able remove them pretty easily because I have a long screwdriver device with a magnet on the end. These screws could have gotten jammed somewhere in the case, one of the fans, or against the board during shipping and caused some issues though. One of them was a bolt screw which is used to attach the AIO to the CPU. I confirmed it was an extra. The other screw was a random small black screw that has many uses in a case, so I'll always be wondering if it was surplus or a screw is missing somewhere. The rear I/O guard was also installed improperly. Specifically, it was not aligned with the ports correctly. I was able to fix the issue, as I have a background in building PCs, but an average consumer would have needed to return the machine as most of the ports could not be used/accessed due to the misalignment. Finally, there was a bunch of excess thermal compound all over the inside of the machine. It was on the AIO, both ram chips, and all over the inside of the case and some of the cables. Again, it's not a major deal, but I had to clean it up and for the average user that doesn't want to open up or touch any components it could have been a deal breaker (or it would have at minimum ruined the otherwise very nice looking case aesthetic).

I've owned this PC for 9 months now and have had zero issues with it. This is my first gaming PC and I knew nothing about building one, and after researching for weeks I settled on this one. No regrets! So easy to set up and every game I've played runs amazing and so fast!

I picked up this CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme desktop back in December, and it’s been incredible ever since. The AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D paired with the RTX 4070 SUPER and 32GB of RAM absolutely crushes any game I throw at it, even at ultra settings. Load times are basically non-existent thanks to the 2TB SSD. Setup was super easy right out of the box—plugged it in, updated a few drivers, and it was ready to go. The RGB lighting looks clean, and the white case design fits perfectly with my setup. Whether I’m gaming, streaming, or doing school projects, it handles everything without breaking a sweat. Definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for a high-end prebuilt that’s future-proof and ready to dominate. Highly recommend!

After deciding to get back into PC gaming, after many years of console gaming, decided on this PC based on the specs that you can get for the price. This PC does not disappoint! The CPU and GPU worked great together for all games I’ve tried and the computer performs flawlessly with no overheating issues and FPS is great! TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Was looking into purchasing my second desktop and first went with a iBuypower, but after i saw this build with the GPU and CPU combo. I did my researched and I ended up pick the Cyberpowerpc with the Ryzen 7800x3d paired with the Nvidia 4070 Super. I absolutely love it!!! and I am happy with the purchase. I transferred all my files over on to an external HHD and love the discovery of a HHD tray already installed. Was super easy to set and start gaming that night. For the price and what you get, you can't beat it.

I don’t know enough about computers to tell you if this is good or not. But I played a couple of games (Fortnite) and I was pleased with the fps I was getting. I did return my first pc I got from best buy because I had gotten the blue screen of death (BSOD) error. The second PC I got had a ADATA GOLD SSD in it and so far I have not had any problems with it. My advice is to check your SSD when you get your PC and if you’re getting BSOD you have two choices: return to BestBuy and ask for a computer with a different brand SSD or follow the procedures to take care of BSOD. If you look up in the reviews of this computer, many people have provided remedies. I was fortunate to get this PC for $250 off during Black Friday and so far it does everything I want it to.

I love this pc colors selections are really good graphics are really good it runs smooth easy to setup! For its price and what it comes with is very solid! For gaming I play a variety of everything from shooters, horror games,stories graphics are nice you can run a high fps and it runs really smooth!

Excellent pre-built for the price. The 4070 Super is a great 1440p card (runs Helldivers 2 on Ultra with 100+ FPS). Plenty of space in the case for future upgrades. I think I'm most happy about the fact that this build comes with ZERO third-party bloatware (other than what comes standard with Windows 11). Very happy with my purchase.

I can play any games now with this computer including Cyberpunk and the last of us! I added a second SSHD by myself and have plenty of space now for gaming, virtual machines and store files. It is also a perk that it runs very silently. The price was fair for the specs of this computer.

I typically build my own PCs, but I couldn't put together a build for the price of this pre-built. I have had this in my cart off an on for months and finally bought it. I am so glad that I did. It isn't top of the line parts, but quality enough. It runs very quiet and cool. I am able to run all my games on high settings playing at 1440p resolution. My PC contained a Gigabyte B650 UD AX-Y1 motherboard, WD Blue 2 TB M.2 SSD, PNY 4070 Super. The combination of the 7800X3D and 4070 Super is amazing. I had this up and running in about 30 minutes as there were quite a few windows updates and driver updates/installs to do as well. If you are at all PC savvy, you'll have no issues with getting up and running. The most annoying part for me was that Wifi was turned off and there was no way to turn it back on. I had to grab a long ethernet cable to hard wire to get through initial setup.

I purchased this computer in July (1499.99) which helped me to replace my gaming laptop entirely. I had to change a few settings in the BIOS since it wasn't optimized correctly for some strange reason. Additionally, the ethernet port was not working due to a strange error that the manufacturer had to help me fix via telephone. After fixing the settings, this computer has been phenomenal. I use it both for productivity as well as gaming. I'm a sucker for 4k graphics and this computer actually does a fairly good job running games in 4k 60fps or above. Helldivers 2 can run upwards of 80fps while in 4k which is very impressive. For those wondering, this PC is best utilized while in 1440p and can reach very high FPS while in 1440p. Overall, I highly recommend this PC but check the BIOS and the ethernet port since I have not been the only one with these issues (according to reddit). Without ethernet, the wifi adapter is not the best whatsoever!

Recently Purchased this PC and have to say that I'm a very satisfied customer. The employee who helped me out at this paricular bestbuy went around the store and got all the things i needed for my pc. He was very nice and helpful. Man this PC has exceeded my expectations in the graphics department and the details in games are out of this world. One of the reasons I purchased this pc was because of the ability to be able to upgraded in the future and play for years to come. So Happy for this purchase.

Got this on sale for $1429 and for the price you cant beat it. At the time of purchase building a similar spec pc was about $400 more. Added another 2tb 980 pro and have had no issues yet.Beast of a pc

Really good PC for its price. Received it in good condition, and it plays most games really well. Even got to play Ark Survival Ascended at high graphics with 60 frames consistently. Only issue i had was with temps but i fixed it by adjusting the fans.

I honestly love this computer, it has been a great investment considering I'm doing college classes throughout the summer while majoring architecture. Overall it runs very smooth and thankfully my heavy programs I'm starting to use as well, its stays very cool while running a heavy load and multi-tasks very well without freezing which I have had in the past computers. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for something reliable, fast and pretty !!!!!

Hello, I just bought this computer from Best Buy yesterday in store. Talked with a really cool dude who knew everything I needed and got the computer from the top shelf of the store. The box itself is very heavy, so be careful when ordering in store or online and make sure none of the cables came loose during shipping as shown in the manual. There is an extra cable and two WiFi antennas included in the box. As for the cable, you may not need it, still unsure what it really is, so I left it alone, now for the two antennas, you screw those to the back of the PC with the two screw thingies that are the same silver color. There is an adjustable RGB controller on the top of the PC for you to control. It can go from a range of bright colors and even rainbow! Now the first thing you will do once you set up your PC is install Windows 11 and install all of your MoBo drivers, if yours is a AsRock MoBo or MSI, etc. Make sure to update it on the manufacturer website or if you have MSI use the MSI Center, but the AMD Drivers you can also get on the AMD Adrenaline Software as well. This PC from what I researched can go up to 240hz as 1080p and 165hz 1440p, so definitely a Beast with gaming on just about anything! 10/10 buy!

Loved CyberPower for years, and this one is no different! When it was time to upgrade, I knew I would pick one from them ... as they have always been quality.
