I have been looking into getting a gaming PC for a while now but the idea of having to build one was too much for me. Then I found this one! It was super easy to set up, looks super cool, and even came with an RGB keyboard and mouse. It can run anything I need, and it won't need to be upgraded for long time. 10/10

This computer works great and is super fast! It plays games on high resolution and is great for multitasking. The Computer looks great visually and is very quiet.

Overall It has been an excellent replacement to an older predator Acer. They say it's an entry-level gaming computer however I run a curved 49-in Samsung and I'm having no issues running over 6 hours on modern Warfare 3. So I definitely can recommend it. I've had a few hours with Photoshop on it with multiple windows open at a time tasking between 3 or 4 apps with no hiccups or hesitations. So overall I'm happy with the purchase and would definitely make it again if I had to. Hopefully it'll last me another 8 years with just minor upgrades as needed.

Bought this computer recently, and it runs like a baby on steroids. This beast of a PC is helping me run roblox with 400 fps and I gotta say I will never play on any other computer than this for a LONG TIME! It was easy to set up and fun to destroy my kids in minecraft too.

Extremely satisfied with this Pc. Exceeded my expectations by a lot. Not only is it a beast of a machine, it’s also beautiful, clean looking and very quiet. Amazing. The Best prebuilt PC you’re going to see.

Wow, I can’t believe we got a great deal with this machine. It performed way beyond our wildest expectations for a budget gaming machine, Totally recommended for anyone wanting a first gaming rig.

This is my first PC and I love it I got two monitors I wish I could have an oled monitor so I can get the best off my frames and other stuff that I used it for work. it’s fast and it looks clean I thought the case was going to be smaller but honestly I like the size I’m super happy that this is my first PC also I love how u can change colors on the PC and all the ports for HDMI and USB are located it’s perfect spots. I wish I could buy another one like this tbh just to have it.

I've been a PC gamer for a while, and my last PC was Cyberpower, so when I went looking for a new one, I started there. I knew the level of quality to expect. And even with that knowledge, still had my mind blown! This thing looks amazing, and is whisper quiet. And the specs are perfect for playing everything in my library. Shipping was fast, setup was a breeze. I even found throwing couple hard drives from my previous rig into this thing easy, but I should warn you, there is only ONE HDD SLOT in the case. Plenty of ports and cable (you'll still need the data cable, obviously), but if you want to add multiple drives, think about mounting options. Also, I love the RGB in this monster.

Great PC for the price, gaming or photo editing in seamless, easily connected to wifi and Bluetooth stuff easy to acces the inside with the opening glass door, would buy again.

Great gaming pc, my first one actually! Runs all the games I play at max settings with no issues and was well worth the money!

Closing in on having this PC about 7 months now. I absolutely adore everything about it, no issues, does have pre configured lighting options controlled by a button at the top, can also be controlled with RGB lighting software, handles every game with ease, for reference I play a lot of Warzone, Fortnite, and Marvel Rivals. This is my 1st pc so I do take that into account, very easy setup out the box. The 2 TB storage is absolutely lovely, I have about 19 games installed already and it still has room for more. This particular pc is upgradable so for all purposes and intent it is future-proof. 10/10 would recommend especially as a first time PC. I did end up purchasing this pc right before Black Friday 2024 sales went live on best buy, all I had to do was contact customer support and they did deem my case eligible, they did refund me the difference so I ended up getting a pretty decent discount overall.

The first one that I bought didn't boot up correctly and kept crashing while I was trying to get windows set up. After I moved my video out cable from the GPU to the CPU (to use the internal graphics) I was able to get through the setup and start using the PC. However, it would randomly crash all the time and I got more blue screens than I could count and I couldn't figure out what was causing the computer to crash. After I got on the phone with CyberPower's support (who performed perfectly fine in my opinion) I reseeded the GPU and the crashing issue persisted. Then we tried moving the GPU to a different PCIe slot and the crashing stopped, thus confirming this was a bad motherboard. The support rep I was talking to recommended that I return the PC to Best Buy and snag another one. I was able to return the PC that I purchased to Best Buy with no issues at all, I told them there was an issue with it, what the issue was, and I was able to exchange the computer without any hassle. The second one I received had a similar crashing issue, albiet much less frequently, so I tried reintalling windows locally from the PC but this didn't fix the issue (whatever it was I don't know). Then I did a clean install of windows from a USB stick and that did the trick. I haven't had a single crash or blue screen since reinstalling windows on the PC. Since then, it's performed perfectly. I've been able to play all my games on max settings with 120+FPS on my 1080p monitor. I've been able to play Forza Motorsport on my sim racing set up (with a 1440p monitor) on high settings while still getting consistent 120+fps. So while I would recommend this PC, I would also recommend doing a clean install of windows from external media first since the install that it shipped with seemed to cause a lot of issues for both computers. Since the issues got resolved, I've been left with a fantastic PC that I use daily! One side note, the case on the first unit I have seemed to have been put together pretty well but the case on the second unit (and the one I'm keeping) doesn't appear to be even on the bottom of the case. Thus if you touch the PC a lot, it will rock a little, side to side. Hopefully the pictures will do a justice to that. It's a minor issue that I'll stick with since I don't touch the computer often, but I wish that it was completely stable on my desk. Additionally, there were a few scuffs on the second computer's case when I opened it and not sure why that would be for a brand new computer. Either way, these are minor issues that I don't particularly care about.

This was my first gaming PC and was torn between trying to build one versus going pre-built. I do not regret my decision with this! There's practically no difference in speed compared to my Xbox Series X. The graphics seem better too!

Upgraded to this PC from one that had a 2060 and 7 3700x. Im able to run games such as No Mans Sky and Horizon Zero Dawn at 120 fps 1080p at max graphics settings. I was really worried about some of the reviews saying there's an issue with bluescreens, however I did do a fresh install of windows via USB as soon as I brought it home and haven had any issues yet. Only giving it 4 stars because of the windows reinstall, and also it takes about 30 seconds for the PC to fully boot up to the login screen. I believe it's because of the motherboard that is used is kinda cruddy (ASUS PRIME B650M-A AX6 ll). Other than that tho this PC is an absolute beast, I'm happy I was finally able to upgrade.

Very good deal I absolutely Love it Don’t hesitate to buy it if you can find it in stock it took me almost a month to get it bit it’s definitely worth not a single issue so far couple of crashes but due to apps opening up on there own while Gaming I Love This P.C. Its my 1st. Since 1999

I am honestly impressed by this system. I have built about 6 different PC’s for myself and friends in the past few years, but as life progressed I slowed down on gaming and with it my builds became outdated. I recently decided I needed a new PC as I’ve picked up gaming and photo editing again. Without having to build my own or deal with unexpected issues from ordering and shipping a custom pc, I found some reviews on this specific system and I honestly could not be more impressed. The price is right, cable management looks super clean for the most part, it’s simple with only a cpu water cooler to worry about (exactly what i wanted), and has some room for upgrades down the road. Everything booted up fast, no issues at all, and it’s been able to handle all sorts of high stress games and editing programs with ease. If you need something quick, for a descent price (especially if on sale), you can’t go wrong with this.

So far for the couple months I’ve had it, it works perfectly. So far no problems at all, and this pc runs great, 60+ fps in new titles in ultra (1440p). Plus there’s dlss which looks fine to me. Honestly this is a great buy when it goes on sale, which is when I bought it.

This is a great pc , it’s beautiful powerful and the best gaming pc for games and edit videos always recommend AMD and Nvidia GPU, don’t waste you money or time to look for others pcs this is the best of the best

This was one of my best purchases ever. The graphics and design of this PC is everything I could’ve imagined. The keyboard and mouse being included is super nice, and the colors light up with the PC itself. For anyone looking to get a PC for everyday use, gaming, or for work this is the way to go. If you’re worried about price, think about how long it will last you and the joy it will bring.

Been eyeing this pc for quite sometime now and prior to black Friday week it went on sale! I immediately went to the nearby best buy and made the order. Later that day I got the pc went home and tried it. It runs perfectly! Been playing my favorite games with this beast for two weeks now and no issues encountered. Hopefully it stays that way. Will definitely recommend this! Get it while its still available!
