    Absolutely awful, GPU+MOBO failure in 6 weeks

    Computer COMPLETELY failed in less than 6 weeks. The graphics card is completely shot and so is the MOBO and presents no video output on known good displays. I am a Cyber Security college student and this just crippled me doing my finals. I bought this for VM use and server management and honestly? -GARBAGE. Not only do I have to pay to return the ENTIRE pc but it will take them TWO PLUS WEEKS to return it to me. I do not have an alternative. I am currently in the middle of summer finals, this is absolutely devastating. At this point, they need to send me a brand new PC. Im absolutely disgusted, I lost mountains of homework on this SSD and stupidly didnt save to my external. Just awful customer support. I bought a top end PC and got nothing more than a lemon. At this point, fixing the PC in 2 weeks is unacceptable and I refuse to change my review. This is ridiculous, Buy from a better source and dont waste your time with cyber power PC, apparently nearly 2k$ USD means nothing.

    I purchased this PC during a sale which is why I chose to jump on the purchase. The PC initially worked ok but after about a day the PC would power off during use. I generally would be in a game and without warning the PC was off. I returned that PC after troubleshooting with friends who are much more knowledgeable than me and determined that it was a hardware issue. I exchanged it for the same PC. Initially this PC was working great, I got about 2 days of gameplay in, but all of a sudden that PC also began to crash. I was mid game when the screen froze, the sound froze and was stuck for about 20 minutes. I eventually decided to shut it down and power back up but the USB ports were not working (my USB keyboard was not turning on) and the display ports were not working. No matter what HDMI chord or Display chord I used nothing would display on the screen. After having a friend who works in IT help me we got the PC to power back on, he began to help troubleshoot it but the PC crashed again. I was able to power it back on but soon after it crashed again. This PC has been an absolute nightmare. It's been about a month since I had originally purchased the first PC and have hardly been able to use it. I am now having to bring this PC to Cyberpower so that they can diagnose and hopefully fix it. It's been the most frustrating experience paying the amount of money that I had spent on this product only to have non-stop issues with it.

    First one i got the cpu cooler was missing the face plate and wasnt cooling i was able to exchange it hopefully the new one works great pc other than that

    Everything seem to be working well straight out of the box. I then proceeded to download certain things that I wanted to download for gaming. I double checked to make sure that all the drivers were up-to-date, just to be sure. It is now constantly giving me the blue screen of death and I have had it for less than 10 hours. I am in the midst of rebooting the entire thing from scratch, hoping that it may fix the situation. Otherwise, I have to go back to the store to swap it out for another one hoping that the next one will work better..

    If only the PC could run

    This PC is amazing! When it works. Since I’ve purchased it, it began with constant BSOD upon boot and barely into after booting. I fixed this by updating the Western Digital SSD firmware to the latest—which fixed the BSOD. Where everything els happens is the constant freezing. There’s a short period of time where it appeared to run perfectly with no issues, then it locks up. The CPU clocks at 100%, the transfer rate tops out. The RTX fans aren’t recognized and therefore don’t spin.

    runs games well but you have to mess with fan setting in bios for the cpu cooler to stop flashing

    From day one, this computer was already acting up. 1. The WIFI is terrible even with the antennae's. I can barely get above 5mb/s. Even though I'm only 10 feet away from my router. 2. It freezes at random times and the at the USB ports on the top randomly stop working. For example, if I put my computer to sleep and try to get back on, I can't because my mouse and keyboard don't work. I have to plug them into the back of the PC. 3. RANDOM FREEZES! Even as I am typing right now, my computer is freezing. I have tried Googling and even factory resetting. Nothing works. 4. When I would game, my game would constantly and I attribute that to the high ping from my slow WIFI. After a couple months my games are freezing every 5 seconds. It has become impossible to play. Worse computer I have ever owned.

    The first system I purchased failed 11 days after I purchased it. I was forced to bring it back into Best Buy and return it.
