    Everything seem to be working well straight out of the box. I then proceeded to download certain things that I wanted to download for gaming. I double checked to make sure that all the drivers were up-to-date, just to be sure. It is now constantly giving me the blue screen of death and I have had it for less than 10 hours. I am in the midst of rebooting the entire thing from scratch, hoping that it may fix the situation. Otherwise, I have to go back to the store to swap it out for another one hoping that the next one will work better..

    First one i got the cpu cooler was missing the face plate and wasnt cooling i was able to exchange it hopefully the new one works great pc other than that

    If only the PC could run

    This PC is amazing! When it works. Since I’ve purchased it, it began with constant BSOD upon boot and barely into after booting. I fixed this by updating the Western Digital SSD firmware to the latest—which fixed the BSOD. Where everything els happens is the constant freezing. There’s a short period of time where it appeared to run perfectly with no issues, then it locks up. The CPU clocks at 100%, the transfer rate tops out. The RTX fans aren’t recognized and therefore don’t spin.

    Terrible PC

    From day one, this computer was already acting up. 1. The WIFI is terrible even with the antennae's. I can barely get above 5mb/s. Even though I'm only 10 feet away from my router. 2. It freezes at random times and the at the USB ports on the top randomly stop working. For example, if I put my computer to sleep and try to get back on, I can't because my mouse and keyboard don't work. I have to plug them into the back of the PC. 3. RANDOM FREEZES! Even as I am typing right now, my computer is freezing. I have tried Googling and even factory resetting. Nothing works. 4. When I would game, my game would constantly and I attribute that to the high ping from my slow WIFI. After a couple months my games are freezing every 5 seconds. It has become impossible to play. Worse computer I have ever owned.

    The first system I purchased failed 11 days after I purchased it. I was forced to bring it back into Best Buy and return it.

    After a year of owning it, it randomly turned off an only the ram lights would come on. Not sure what to do. Could be the power supply but not sure. A shame

    Losing Faith in CyberPower PCs

    I have been looking at buying this computer for a while. When it finally went on sale again I pulled the trigger on buying it. I wish I wouldn’t have now to be honest. The computer is a nightmare and I say this having had a CyberPower PC I bought in 2020 and used everyday until a few days ago. This is not the same cyber power I remember. Nothing works correctly, when I boot windows, it is always laggy. I attempted windows reinstall after I couldn’t take it anymore and it worked fine for about an hour and went back to being hitchy and not functioning. The worst part is, is not the pc is no longer on sale so I’m guessing Best Buy will not honor the price. Very disappointing and I’d think twice now about buying PCs from CyberPower.

    Defective Product

    Bought this PC, but after having blue screen issues with it and talking with the manufacturer, I was told it has a defective SSD (not a Western Digital model, so something else is wrong here). Best Buy is taking forever to get it back in stock for an exchange. So I’ve spent over $1500 on a gaming PC, put three hours into troubleshooting it before being told that it’s defective, over an hour combined waiting to talk with customer service, and now I’m being told I need to make two separate trips to the store during the busiest season of the year. All just to get a functioning version of the product I purchased. Now I come here. and see this is a widespread problem. Absolutely shameful on the part of Cyberpower and Best Buy.

    Build quality is outstanding. Disappointed however in the substandard SSD and video card included in my build. Will put it through it's paces before deciding to keep or try a BYO approach

    Two months in and broke

    A little less than two months in and both sound ports stopped working on my computer. Support for the product was responsive and appreciated that, but ended up having to do a factory reset on the computer to get the sound ports working again. Pretty concerning for an expensive PC like this.

    Blue Screen of Death

    I've had this PC less than a week and I'm getting multiple blue screen errors. Still troubleshooting and trying to figure out the problem, but I may be forced to return it. On the Cyberpower reddit page a lot of people have complained about blue screen errors with this PC as well. Sucks to spend close to $2k and have to deal with this right out of the box..

    Cyberpower Restarts after Waking from Sleep

    Returned immediately - NEVER Buy cyberpower PCs. Something they do with their builds is flawed, EVERY SINGLE Cyberpower PC ive ever bought has a problem that persists across builds where the unit will immediately restart after waking from sleep. Google it, its a well known documented issue and even new units like this one have the problem, apparently they dont care about fixing it.
