I purchased this Setup brand new and after two weeks my game kept crashing and freezing. Once I scheduled my appointment with geek squad the geek squad tech didn’t even bother to diagnose the pc. He went right into refunding me all my money to purchase another pc. I would stay away from these prebuilts.

Constant crashes from just turning it on.

No applications running, nothing watched or played and it crashed. After 2-3 reboots it will work till the next crash.

BUYERS BEWARE

I got my pc 2/13/24 and it worked perfectly… until it didn’t. My pc is currently in a repair shop because my gpu is faulty and my cooling tube went out after only a month of use. You want my advice ? Save your money, look for a better pc. Or at least a different brand. I spent 1700$ on a piece of crap.

Very disappointing

Awful experience. Best buy is not letting me return it is 3 days after the return period and the manufacturer is asking for it to be mailed to california, which is going to cost me more $$. Really disappointed, would not recommend.

Windows Crashes

Had it for two days, Windows crashes multiple times at random, it kept on rebooting. It messed up my Razer sound system, audio kept on cutting in and out, and it also muted the subwoofer, only sondbar was working. Tried shutting down and restarting few times, did not fix the issues. Retuned it after that. My first experienced with CyperPowerPC, never going with this brand again.

WARNING

Have to wait a full month in order to get fix or exchange for a new one. This computer is for MEDIOCRE GAMING. I bought for my son play fortnight and useless piece of crap!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lung Irritation, Buzzing, Burning Smell,

By day 2 the smell and taste had gotten worse and even began to irritate the lungs. PSU was making a whine sound and the plug was making a louder buzzing sound. There were no noticeable performance issues. Will exchange it and hope for the best :(

I went and got a PS5 Pro and Steam Deck instead and couldn’t be happier.

UNRELIABLE, not worth the price.

No luck for us

It kept getting a blue screen and shutting down. Ended up taking it back and getting a different one but had the same trouble so we decided to go with a different one all together.

What a piece of junk!

It's possible I received a defective unit, but this thing was incredibly slow and the download speeds were atrocious. I returned it and bought the Alienware R16.

Terrible
