So far so good with this being my first pre build considering the market for pc parts are crazy right now only thing that might be a problem is it can run warm with only having the three fans so I would recommend investing in 2 or 3 more but so far everything is as advertised and it is a really clean looking pc

My computer came a week ahead of schedule. I just want to say I'm very happy with what I received. MSI RTX 3070, Ballistix RAM modules, ASRock X570 PHANTOM GAMING 4 Motherboard, from what I can tell are not "cheap" components, thus making me feel like I got a good value for what I paid. love the PC and works and runs best on every game. best choice I made.

I have purchased four CyberpowerPC gaming computers in the past 12 months. Two of the units were purchased as gifts for my grandchildren. Their rigs have been very reliable. They are used daily for both their intensive gaming needs as well as video editing. Based on their experience I purchased a Cyberpower brand computer in January for myself. I went with an Intel i7-9700K paired with a GeForce 1660 Super. Long story short; the unit was a bust. Severe overheating, modest performance and frequent (every 30 minutes) crashes and black screens. Rather than spend time on diagnostics and rehabilitation efforts I returned it and purchased this, somewhat upgraded, Ryzen 9 3900X, RTX 3070 combination. Best Buy was great in handling my return and reorder. This unit has been excellent. I am running all games at the highest resolution and frame rates with out seeing any degradation in performance. CPUID HWMonitor software running in the background confirms power to spare and very acceptable temperature averages and maximums (Southbridge and CPU maxed out at 68C and 69C respectively) with nearly immediate return to idle temps during brief lulls in game play. I would definitely recommend this pre-built unit to anyone frustrated with the time, cost, and effort needed right now to collect and assemble components for a marginally better bespoke computer. Bonus...Best Buy had the unit at the store for pick-up exactly two weeks ahead of the "promise date". Down sides? The ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4s MB is a blue collar, older, modestly priced mother board. It looks fine and performance, so far, has been quite satisfactory but I think it is a small concession made by the manufacturer to save a few bucks. The fans make a some noise but my unit sits on the far side of my desk with the bulk of the heavy wooden desk between me and the computer, blocking much of the fan sound. It also helps that the unit runs cool enough that the fans run at a steady state and the GPU fans (which are pretty quiet) run infrequently. Bottom line? I am very satisfied with the computer and with Best Buy's role in my acquisition.

For those confused about it being a MSI GeForce RTX 3070, its still Nvidia. MSI is a brand that makes the graphics card as a whole. Nvidia makes the chip. The difference between brands is in the cooling ,how its powered, and ports but they all contain the Nvidia graphics chip. It also clearly says in the packaging to plug your monitor into the graphics card ports and not the motherboard port. I'm sure that's why that one star review said his monitor didn't work. On that note, the msi graphics card only comes with 1 hdmi port but 3 display ports.

The CyberPowerPC gaming system is fantastic! This is my 3rd purchase and it's a great system. My whole family has a the CyberPower PC and it works great. Easy set up and great for gaming.

Had this PC for a couple of months now, and it's an absolute beast. I was a little skeptical since this would be my first computer I've owned, but it is well worth the money, as I can play any game at high settings and easily edit for projects. The keyboard and mouse that come with the computer are a little average, so if you're a stickler on that kind of stuff, I'd recommend buying ahead of time. Overall, this computer was a very good purchase, and hopefully is my main PC for years to come.

Exactly what I wanted. High performance, stable, incredibly fast.

This PC is a beast I play at 1440p and play at max settings get a 144hz it is definitely worth every penny knowing that you can't find a 30 series card don't give your money to scalpers just but a pre-built if you can't wait anymore..

This computer is a beast!! It could definitely handle whatever I would throw at it. Let the creativity, productivity, and any other tivity, flow!

Overall buying from CyberpowerPC was a great experience. The build quality is really good, fast rendering for 3D projects

This is a great PC. Everything works really well. It is fast and efficient.

This is my second pre-built, and so far its great, the processor may not be the best for gaming but its a great middle ground between high performance in games and editing and such. No complains on my side.

I'm into game dev and pc gaming and usually build my own rigs but found this beast in inventory and frankly its amazing and a better price than giving money away to scalpers. Cyberpower owns

So far this has been a great, fast gaming machine. quality parts unlike other pre-builts. great way to get a 3000 card due to scalpers and the shortage.

I bought this thing because it’s advertised to come with NVIDIA RTX 3070 but when I got, first thing I noticed is that the graphics card is actually an MSI 3070 so who knows what else was a lie. So that’s false advertising FIRST of all. SECOND of all the pc will turn off and fans will spin but NO RGB on the fans. And LASTLY the darn thing doesn’t even boot up. “No Signal” appears on my monitor. What a joke. Don’t waste your money.

Windows 10 wasn’t activated and their customer service never responded. If they can’t even install the operating system correctly, it makes me wonder what else the installed incorrectly

it came in a few days earlier than expected which is great and the PC works great, 9/10
