This was my first desktop computer purchase and it did not disappoint! I was looking for a computer to use with engineering software (ANSYS, NX, etc.) and this works very well. The software runs quickly and the models generated look great with the graphics! Additionally, it was very easy and straight forward to set up.

Best pc I have ever owned, very fast and powerful.

I've had this for two months now use it everyday playing at least 8 hours a day on games like smite,apex,rust,cod warzone, and VR oculus quest 2 it runs it like a charm smooth gameplay at max setting always. I love this thing highly recommend it.

I recently purchased this desktop and it arrived with a faulty graphics card. As many may know, the graphics card is hard to come by currently, but I spoke to CyberPower PC and they sent a replacement out within a week and a half. The PC runs great now and I can run all my games at max settings no problem.

Finally got a 3070!! Arrived in perfect condition, setup was fast and painless. Only problem was downloading all the updates took a very long time. Love the computer and this wasn't the manufacturers fault at all.

Great computer! Great tech support! During shipping a wire for the fan light had disconnected. Tech support was quick and we had it fixed in 15 minutes.

Computer came today. The packaging was very secure. Taking it out of the box and removing the cushion was easy. I started that bad boy up and started gaming immediately. Everything is running smooth! The pc looks excellent and games excellent.

Bought this PC on December 14th 2020, and it works fairly well for its price point. PC tends to run a little warm, around 72-75c gpu temps running games at max graphic settings. CPU runs at around 70c as well. The 1TB SSD isnt a ton of space, especially if playing COD with its massive 100+ GB downloads and updates. The only real issue I have had is the computer crashed recently and went to the automatic disk repair screen, and am unable to get it to boot. This happened around April 3 2021, so just a couple of months after purchase. I am currently waiting on Cyberpower to answer their phone so I can get this resolved. Will update when resolved.

Great PC so far. Runs and plays games perfectly. The shipping was fast, and was packaged very securely. Only thing I notice was a little noise from the fan every now and then, but not an issue for me.

Would not load up or recognize the displays and the screen was all distorted with green dots cone to find out was a defective tower/GPU issue. We Received a new one today and seems to be good!!!!!

Its A Good machine still dont know how to activate Intel core 10700k and or the liquid cooling option nor know how to change the fan speeds.but other than that i run high speeds.Thank best-buy

What a great pc. I have had it since 12/25/20 and I absolutely love it!! This has been my first ever gaming pc and I have no complaints of it! Highly recommend it for anyone that is interested in it!!!

Since 3070s are almost impossible to get, this PC is worth the money. I was able to get this on sale so it was an even better deal! The only thing I don’t like is the keyboard that came with it.

Received this computer and it worked for about 5 hours until it started giving me trouble. Seems like it had a bad power supply of graphics card
