It's been good for me so far I haven't really had issues other than a lot of heat gathering up. My pc before didn't have this issue but I'm assuming its the intenseness of the 3070.

Perfect gaming PC for the price. Had an iBuyPower model before and the Cyber Power PC is just built much better. Wish there was a hard drive but other than that, everything is perfect.

I was very excited to find this PC and was even more excited when I got great specs (including an MSI 3070 Gaming Trio). Unfortunately, I couldn't get the thing to boot and after repeated tries Windows booted to the recovery screen with massive visual distortions. I probably could have fixed it but for as much as it cost I didn't want to try to fix a defective system. I don't even hold that against Best Buy or CyberpowerPC to be honest because these things happen with electronics. But I was very upset when I had to return it and they were out of stock (again I understand stock shortages) but the best they could do was say just order it again. The first time I saw it go back up it is now almost $200 more than I originally paid for it so no thanks.

Might need to change ram XMP profile

So far so good but I noticed that the ram was running at 2666 MHz and I manually had to change the XMP profile from Auto to Profile 1 to get the ram running at 3000 MHz.

Overall this product is awesome as everything amazingly. The reasonfor the 4 stars is due to poor fan ventilation. This Is ok though as I just added more fans!

Really good pc considering 30 series cards are being sold separately at scalping prices. I have not problem at all, this is my first pc and I am impressed by it.

Not worth the trouble - Now 2 bad GPUs

I have now ordered both the Ryzen and Intel versions of this machine in a hopeless quest to acquire an RTX 3070. Today, this machine, like the one before it, arrived with a bad GPU. My heart sank at the sight of green dot artifacts on the BIOS splash screen on first boot. I would like to say the cyberpowerpc is a reputable company, but it appears as though there is little to no quality control and I also suspect the recycling of untested parts from other returned systems. It is very unlikely that I would receive two DOA GPUs in two different machines with GPUs from different manufacturers unless something unseemly is occurring. Judging from some posts I've seen in other forums, I'm sure their excuse would be that the system was "damaged during shipping". Both boxes from the systems I have received appeared undamaged. So, tomorrow, this machine is getting returned because there will be nothing equivalent available for exchange due to the current state of the market. Save yourself the trouble and stop buying this garbage. I'm done trying.

    Poor Build From CyberPowerPC

My experience with CyberPowerPC has been a total disaster. I ordered this PC on April 1st and it arrived today (April 6th). I was overall pleased with the unboxing experience and it was very well packed and there were no signs of clear damage. I plugged in all my peripherals into the new computer and turned it on. That’s when everything turned southbound. I was able to get into the boot screen that says Asus but other than that there was nothing. The PC didn’t load into windows 10 and it seems like they didn’t test this PC before shipping. I had a gigabyte graphics card which is what I was hoping not to get. This card seems to be the main issue to why Windows didn’t load. I am very unhappy with CyberPowerPC and my experience with them. When your paying 2,000 dollars it should boot in 10 seconds. I would never recommend this horrible company to anyone. I thankfully was able to return this to BestBuy and I ordered an Alienware desktop as soon as I got home. CyberPowerPC has garbage quality control.

This PC is great for everything you throw at it. I'd recommend adding a fan or two just to get some temps down. You get a lot for what you pay for.

Hard to find any rtx 3070 cards right now so I purchased a pre-built. This pc is a great gaming pc for the money. Mine came with a zotac 3070.

Like many others, I got one with a bad GPU (green horizontal pixelated ugly display, screen goes dark upon trying to boot into windows). The low rating is for cyberpower quality control and the 2 hour wait time on the phone, not for BestBuy which seamlessly accepted the return and ordered a replacement. The replacement I got today is working fine.
