Fantastic gaming pc lots of power and future proof

Works fine but the light on the back cooler doesnt light up and the top button on the mouse would not change the colors and then it very easily caved in. I paid a lot of money for this thing. Not very happy to have this inconvenience.

Worked fine for first two days. Then started turning off randomly and restarting. Looked it up and apparently this is a known issue with CyberPowerPC built PCs - they use cheap components for everything except the graphics card and the processor. In this case, the power supply they used in the build is likely the issue... Returning the item back to BestBuy.

Worked perfectly for 3 weeks then all of a sudden stopped picking up hdmi and dp signals. Tried multiple cables so that wasn't the issue.

Kept crashing during games. I contacted cyber power and, amongst other things, was asked to reseat the graphics card and reinstall windows. I just not have been the only customer having problems, because I was on hold for about 2 hours before I was out able to speak with an associate. None of the of solutions recommended by cyber power resolved the problem. I could have sent the graphics card in for testing and a potential replacement, but decided to return the computer instead. Hopefully the next one will work properly. I decided to go with the same computer as a replacement in hopes the computer was just a fluke. I mean, most of the reviews in this pc are positive. Hopefully the bee one functions properly. I will update my review after I receive it.

I love the PC but I got it damaged. Really stinks waiting all that time to get it damaged. Not to mention the price. Wow.

The PC runs well after you actually plug the graphics card in since the builder couldn't manage to do that

nvidia 3070 is the star of this prebuilt pc. I would recommend PC for any task or gaming needs.

Came with a faulty video card. Picked up in the morning and immediately had issues with the machine. On first boot the monitor was covered with green lines and artifacts. After a few minutes the screen goes black and that's it. Online searches were not encouraging, similar problems with the 3070 seem common-and they all point to a hosed gpu. If they are shipping machines out that fail this easily, it doesn't give me any confidence the rest of it will work. Going to wait a day or two to see what cyberpower help can do, but most likely will return.

This PC came delivered to me in its original packaging, without an outer cardboard box for transit, and as a result the box was punctured, gouged, scraped---and already opened! I did not even bother to run a functions check on it, BestBuy was happy to refund me for the purchase.

The power supply broke after 6 months. And Best Buy won’t fix it, you have to ship the entire pc to get it fixed. There’s zero benefit to buying a pre-built pc from a store, buy online.

This is the part 1 of this journey - Bought this PC on 3/7/21, got it 5 days later. The excitement lasted 10 minutes while opening and setting up the PC. Then everything went downhill so fast - the GPU (beautiful EVGA 3070 XC3 model) died prematurely. That blue, pixelated line people reported here and then error code 43 in Device Manager for the GPU. Done everything I can from new drivers, Flash the BIOS to the latest version, reinstall windows, removed and reinstalled the card - nothing but dead in the water. Part 2 - Just ordered the exact same PC. I love the specs and the way it looks. So much rooms inside for future upgrades. I pray it will work this time. I hope CyberPowerPC has better QA of their builds.

I don’t recommend this pre built pc. It’s trash you better of building your own pc better parts and better value. Only reason I got it came with a rtx 3070

I thought that the 1 star reviews were just people overexaggerating, but I was wrong. The system recently started crashing and the best solution support could offer is to send it back to CyberPowerPC for repair (20+ business days). I waited a month for this piece of junk. I was happy that I got a 30 series GPU just to be disappointed with poor quality control. The people who build these know nothing about computers. Pay the extra few hundred and buy from a reputable brand. I will be returning my unit.

had a WHEA_UNDETECTABLE ERROR after two hours of use Cyberpower said most likely hardware failure. Packaging foam on GPU was way to packed and might of caused whatever happen
