This PC heats up really quick and crashes often on games. Best Buy did their part, but CyberPowerPC did a terrible job at building this PC.

Not happy on my 2nd one already and this one comes with the rgb burned out on a fan . Last one was blue screening hardware failure . At least this one runs

WHEA_UNDETECTABLE error not even 30min after boot up. Computer was laggy and boom error. After reboot it booted to bios and said no boot drive detected. Reset pc and still having issues. Packing foam was wedged under video card and difficult to remove

This PC is absurdly overpriced for the price. The MB is an ASUS z490 Prime with no USB-C, GPU is an awful Gigabyte Eagle... It would cost about $1350 to build on your own, so don't make the same mistake that I did.

Do NOT buy this machine. It crashes almost every time I use it. I have had this machine for less than a month and I will 100% be returning it. After about an hour of use I get the " WHEA Uncorrectable Error" and the machine crashes. I have contacted CyberPowerPC several times but no response or help.

Out of box, I got green lines, returned it, Bestbuy always great handling the issue.

Amazing computer with amazing price. Amazing price as in so expensive. If it wasn’t for the video card shortage causing an insane price spike, this would be an amazing computer. My recommendation to my family and friends is wait until summer 2021 and the prices would come back to earth.

Gpu apparently came faulty. Horizontal green lines in boot. Horizontal green lines in safe mode. For the price, you'd think it would be obvious why people would buy this particular build, rather than self-build

Graphics card died 5 months after initial purchase. Talking to the store I was basically told "Haha well guess you gotta another one, we can install it for more money btw." I dont even want to deal with best buy anymore now.

My computer came DOA. I'm sending the GPU back to cyber power and I'm sure that going to take at least 2-3 weeks. not at all worth the hassle for the price of this pc.

The processor didnt worked well, i took it to the store and they told me it was 200 dlls for them to fix it, so i returned that piece of trash and bought another one :)

Graphics card came damaged. Computer was DOA. Yellow lines across the screen upon boot up. I called cyber power and they told me that the graphics card was dead.

I just opened my PC and I'm typing from it. Overall very satisfied. Ballistix Ram, ADATA SSD, MSI RTX 3070, Coolermaster cooler, nice cable management and OK PSU. For the price, you can't beat it!

Came with a faulty GPU and haven’t gotten any kind of response or help. Most expensive and important part and I’m screwed. Thanks!

GPU died after 3 hours of Red Dead Online. Spent MULTIPLE Hours trying to contact Cyberpower about it with no response

gpu came faulty. Green horizontal line everywhere starting from boot up. I returned and hopefully get better one.

So you sent me a garbage PC and now I have to pay the shipping to get it fixed... WT actual F!!!!

Trash blue screen comes up randomly definitely not worth 1600

Been hunting a 30 series card and was desperate, saw this build and decided to go for it. Glad I did, its an amazing value. The Power supply brand could be better, but that can always be replaced. The card (EVGA xc3) included in here is on ebay right now for $1,100 alone, so if you dont want to fight scalpers this is the way to go! The build quality was solid, design was nice and cable management was pretty clean. Only complaint about the whole build, like I said before, was the power supply. Highly recommend!
