Faulty Graphics Card Upon Arrival!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this PC back in November for my wife's birthday. As soon as we started the PC, we noticed green/red lines appearing horizontally across the monitor, so I thought maybe her monitor gave out so we switched monitors and the issue was still there. Decided maybe to try a different cable, the issue persisted. Finally. after much troubleshooting, I decided to test the graphics card so I placed the card in my personal PC and sure enough, the card was the problem. Nothing would fix the issue. No amount of graphics card updates or anything would help. We contacted support multiple times and never even got a response from CyberPower PC's support team. Until they correct the issue, this review will STAY at a 1 star.
