So far, this has been great and exceeded all my expectations coming from always purchasing Dell XPS and Alienware. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the MSI boards used in this build and both the motherboard and video card are designed for overclocking and re-sizable BAR support. Best part is you can easily update parts as they age, which was difficult with Dell, especially power supplies.

computer was shipped in great packaging. only a minor panel popped out but i fixed. the problem was that it is 40 lbs. the other problem was that i turned it on and the pc was password protected. semi good customer service told me to reset the pc but after doing that my windows 10 was gone. i had to buy download windows and install it onto the ssd it came with. ended upo returning the pc because it was a mess to try and fix. support was no help.

I absolutely love this computer. Its fast and ultra quiet! The only issue I have had is getting it to find other bluetooth speakers but its possibly an easy fix that I am struggling to figure out. Not sure if its a driver issue or what. I use an alternate keyboard and mouse since these are rather "clunky" and not appealing to me as a day trader,

Originally purchased an ibuypower prebuilt and the power source went bad after a month with a surge protector during a power outage. I went back and purchased this product and I LOVE it. It was shipped to Best Buy in less than 3 days. The instal was easy and it is great. Not only does it look amazing but it works so well and has amazing specs. Totally worth it

Plug and play with a RTX 3070, what else do you need? In all seriousness, this was one of the first pre-built PCs that I've ever purchased (thanks to the current GPU market) and it has been an amazing experience. If you're in the market for a beast of a PC that has upgrade potential in the future, then you can't go wrong with this build!

Great gaming pc.I have had no problems with this desktop.

The 3037 RTX Video card was faulty. This isn't really on Best Buy but maybe start putting pressure CyberPowerPC to start testing their product that is going out to retailers. I've ordered direct from CyberPowerPC in the past, and they bench check the PC before it goes out the door for direct to customer orders. I will recommend this item with the cavate that the buyer test the actual PC being purchased, in store before going to the register.

Its a expensive OC just for the 3070. All the other parts are cheap on off the shelf parts. Ram is maxed simply playing one game and having discord open. My cooler was broken the first day of owning it. I didn’t want to go through a warranty so I bought a (CORSAIR - iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler) dual fan, more Ram and new fans. Now it run’s flawlessly.

These systems are the best. This is the second one I have bought in five years and they are by far the best bang for the buck. I use to build my own systems but the parts used in these are the same I would use in my own builds. And I can't even build one for the price for these.

Computer arrived super fast, like in 2 days. Huge bummer that when I received it that it had all the same issues other users have reported. Green lines on startup. Reseated GPU, made sure drivers were updated, but no success. Machine looked super clean, great packaging, minimal shipping damage on the box. Almost like it was a faulty GPU from the start and not a a result of shipping damage. Hard to justify keeping it and waiting on a replacement GPU from manufacturer. Probably going to return to Best Buy.

I bought the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-11700KF - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 1TB SSD - Black from Best Buy and the power supply started an ear piercing whine within a day. I brought the unit back to Best Buy and after a week I had another PC. The second PC had a defective cooling pump and I returned it again, this time opting for a different manufacturer. I was pleasantly surprise by the quality of GPU though. The PCs had an EVGA FTW3 and a MSI 3070 respectively. Overall, the build does not seem to have quality control though.
