I have not had any issues and the games that I play run fine and load up real quick.

Order arrived the same week without any damage. High build-quality/good component selection (MSI mobo) and no issues upon power-up. This is my second CyberPowerPC and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Easy to set up and staff at Best Buy were very knowledgeable.

excellent pc. great option if you're not comfortable building your own and the fact you cant find a graphics card. cyberpower always coming threw

just recieved my build with the i7-11700kf and gtx 3070. cpu water block was not connected to the bracket leaving a mess of thermal paste to be cleaned up. but the computer works how it should.

Showed up quickly and everything works perfect. Would highly recommend other than it came with windows 11, not a fan.

My son loves how quiet this PC is and the ability to change the colors to suit his mood. Fits well with his gaming set up in his room.

This is the first time I decided to purchase a pre-built computer and I was surprised that the pc ran smooth and amazing at the start!

Excellent price, and excellent quality. We bought for our son as an upgrade to play the latest games and he loves it.

I bought this PC because my old gaming PC's graphics were horrible for newer games. This PC has not disappointed.

Box was heavily damaged upon picking up in the store. Sure enough the case was severely dented in multiple places. Casing was pulling away at the corners near where the screws are. Looks as if it was shoddily assembled and they took zero care to ensure the product wasn’t damaged in shipping. Looking at another customer’s images of the box it came in it looks similar to what I received. May just be a CyberPower issue. Would avoid

just received the pc yesterday, so far we are impressed with it. It has been so hard to find a good graphics card.

I love the quality of the pc. Also, the pc arrived earlier than expected. The pc was easy to start up.

I’ve wanted a PC for years, and finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase one so I could join my friends. They all had PC’s while I have been playing on a PS4, and finally after days of anticipation and all the excitement, my PC comes in and the graphics card is absolutely useless. I plugged it in to my monitor and powered it on only to see green lines all across my screen to the point I couldn’t even make out what I was looking at. I know that it is the graphics card because I plugged in my buddie’s GTX670 and it worked fine, problem was solved. Sorry for this being so long, I know anyone who reads this more than likely won’t care, but it has almost made me give up entirely. What just so happens to be faulty is the one thing that is virtually impossible to replace right now, unless you’re okay with spending enough on a GPU that you could just buy a whole new PC, given the market for GPUs being absolutely atrocious. So best of luck to you all, I sincerely hope that I’m the only person this happens to so no one else has to deal with it.
