Defective

Attempted driver updates but no success. Wasted hours of time to pick up and troubleshoot something that shouldnt have been an issue with a new computer.

UPGRADE PSU

It’s got a 600 watt psu and at start up it was done for. Had to return because the pc kept crashing on me and constantly throwing psu stop codes. A 600 watt psu is not meant for a 3070, an i7 AND a 120 AIO.

PC Overheats due to poor case ventilation

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This package has a fatal flaw in that the front case has zero ventilation. The front fans pull air from a narrow slot at the top of the case and from one at the bottom/underside. The result is that the computer gets extremally hot (+90c) and ultimately shuts down. I've reached out to Cyberpower for assistance and while they've been responsive... they've only sent me a couple of fans. The fans won't do anything because they cannot draw in air from this nearly sealed glass & metal case. To keep the PC operational I've had to remove the front glass cover. Doing so keep the core temps down (max 75c) even under heavy gaming load. We've been happy with our other Cyberpower PC (different case design) but this one is a lemon.

Defective GPU

When I received the pc the gpu was faulty with pink and green lines all across the screen. I got a replacement and it had the exact same problem! I highly recommend getting a different pc as this one does not work

Worked for Four Days

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer worked for four days then it suddenly turned off and when I tried to start it up again the computer would come on for half a second with the fans spinning up but then would stop. It appeared to me to either be a RAM problem or a power supply problem. I brought it back for a return and that was the only smooth part, no questions asked, Best Buy took it back. The computer did work great for those four days, but a four day lifespan is unacceptable.
