This computer replaced an old workhorse I had built and exceeded my expectations. It comes with a WD blue SSD which is their slowed model, but faster than most. The system boots up in record time and performs all tasks quickly. I have been using it for COD Warzone, LOL, WoWs, and a lot of different Steam games and it runs super crisp. It is easy to add a second HD for gaming if you want with an SSD m.2 easily accessible on the motherboard. So far have had no glitches or issues with anything and am enjoying being able to quality game again.

I’ve only had it a couple of weeks but I live it so far! Hands down the quietest desktop I’ve ever owned. Everything runs so smoothly and fast on it.

*AN IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THOSE BUYING* One of the legs of the tower case was broken on arrival. I had to super glue it back on as the plastic support below was broken into pieces. I don't know if this was on Best Buy's part, Cyberpower's, UPS, or the overall quality of the case, but take caution/prep/extra-care when it comes to the shipping part of this pre-built. Other than that, this is a beast of a build, especially when upgrading from a 20 series GPU, and a smaller core CPU. Pro performance and at a steal of a price.

This PC was well-priced based on its included hardware, and all parts were functional and remained undamaged when it arrived. The keyboard and mouse are nothing great, but thats not what you are buying this PC for.

Very Overkill Powerful Desktop PC to get your hands already built. Used it for PC VR, gaming, and streaming all at the same time. Got enough USB 3.0 plugs and other usb plugs too. Also very quiet compare to my old vr laptop. big difference where a desktop pc much quieter than a laptop, even a newer vr laptop which I tested it. Pricing on this device is a bit steep tho which can only hang onto it for a bit as only needed it for that week for certain games and tools, but def on my wish list for later to keep an eye on it to get it at a good deal soon.

The computer came with a fan that is unplugged, other than that it is a very nice and fast computer. I bought this as an upgrade from my old PC. It runs great and can run basically any game at a good fps.

Really love this computer. Runs cool and fast. Wife loves the lights. Will be adding additional storage and memory soon just because.

I bought this Gaming PC after spending hours comparing reviews and specs, and found this one (not on sale) which is hundreds of dollars cheaper than the competition for what it offers. Everything worked right out of the box, and the benchmarks are stellar. It has plenty of power for gaming, and everyday productivity has been amazing. The only complaint I have is it game with only a single slot for an additional hard drive. I'll figure out how to mount a second one, but it isn't as easy as it could have been. Overall I highly recommend!

Was on the fence about whether it was time to take the plunge into PC gaming, but after spending some time, comparing the different models available, I went with CyberPowerPC. They have so many great configurations, and I knew I could make some small upgrades over time. System came ready to go out of the box, and instructions for a check in setting up were super simple and easy to follow. I am extremely happy with my purchase and looking forward to playing with this baby for years to come.

Ok so this PC is freaking awesome. It was easy to follow the instructions for setting it up and took around 20 min. When it boots up it is ridiculously fast and quiet. I have been able to play a wide variety of games ranging from COD: Cold War to Minecraft. I can play COD: Cold War with max setting without any lag or graphical glitches. So far, this PC has exceeded my expectations and is worth the price. The only downside I had with it is that I need a splitter cable for my mic to properly work, but other than that it's amazing!

Overall I'm pleased with my purchase. It was delivered quickly and everything seems to be working as it should. I did have to reinstall Windows 11 because the Microsoft Store app was missing, but it was quick and easy. Also, one of the PC Tower's feet were damaged when I received it, but the manufacture's customer support ordered me a replacement for the part with no problems. I think this is a good pc that has plenty of room for future upgrades if needed.

The build overall was good but not great cables for the lights weren't hooked up. So if you get this build and lights are turning on open the back of the case and tape the cables down.
