Great machine and customer service

Build quality is great, high-quality components, clean cables, and fair price. The only hiccup was the mouse appears to have been smashed somehow in the packaging. I called customer service, and they took care of it right away by sending a new mouse out. They told me they don't need the old one to be shipped back, either. Great customer service so far!

Performed verywell. 4stars because cyberpower pc is hit or miss with care for pc. Came with a broken foot. Returned it to upgrade to a better model. The trade in was an awesome experience.

The only problem I had & didnt like was the fact that there were no slots to install the Internal BlueRay player I had from my old system, which was no big deal, you can just use an external player and connect it to the USB port< love the lights and that you can press a button to change the colors and rotation!

The rgb was but the physical fans not working i called CyberPowerPC and the problem was fixed in 2 minutes 1 molex connection was unplugged. All else great and sometimes things happen bit that was not enough to get me upset. Buying a pc comes with learning about pcs. I love it!!!!

If you're like me and can't afford to drop a lot of money at once to build a pc and need to lease something this pc is a great option. It has amazing specs and I can now run games a lot better. I'm only a little worried about the airflow but it's not even close to the worst cases I've seen.
