Great Purchase the set up was fast the only problem was my GPU was unseated but it was a quick fix

This amazing PC comes with all the components needed to experience exhilarating gaming and more! The 3070/i7-12700KF combo serves is really snappy and the graphics performance maxes anything I throw at it. Equipped with 5 RGB fans and an AIO cooling system, temps remain at a comfortable level. I am in love.

This pc is amazing me and my wife are both gamers and she really wanted a gaming pc sonthis was her Christmas gift im a be using it to but we both love it plug and play thats it i really do recommend this if you dont feel like building one and if you want you can add to it

the pc as such works fine but the external connector that it has for the connections of the rgb led lights and the reset button included in the same external board came damaged so I had to make the complete connection of the rgb directly to the motherboard and the rgb of the ram never turned on

Great looking pc quiet for the working parts. I had to drive an hour and a half because the graphics card was bad and now am waiting for a replacement, heres hoping. Thanks for all the help though service was prompt and on point and it wsnt much trouble when i got to the store thanks agaun.

Purchased my new CyberPower PC from Best Buy. This computer is a beast and super great quality! Highly Recommended. I was nervous the PC would be cheaply made like most pre-built computers, but was shocked when I saw the great quality of parts inside of it.

Good pc easy to set up looks good keyboard will not change colors

Came on time and was super easy to set up. Only complaint I have is that whoever put the packing foam inside the pc put it in super tight so I had to cut parts of it out so it wouldn't damage the rtx card coming out. Other than that it works perfect with no issues.

Great PC for gaming or streaming! I been using this as my new streaming PC for Twitch and Tiktok and it processes everything and has room to spare. Looks great and works as well as my other Cyber Power that is my gaming rig.

I've had the C-Series CyberPower PC for almost a year now and let me tell you, this thing runs like a dream!! I actually previously returned another PC before this because the setup was difficult, while this only took me 10 mins. This is a great computer for beginners, as well as people who've been playing for awhile. It runs smoothly and I've had no difficulty with running high FPS games for long periods of time. And it comes with a working keyboard & mouse!? The deal is insane! This is by far the best gaming computer I've ever purchased, and it could do so much more. If you're considering on buying it, just do it, I recommend it.

ABSOLUTE PIECE OF GARBAGE. Save yourself the $1800 dollars and buy LITERALLY anything else, had this piece of crap a year. The graphics card went out and they will not do a DARN THING about it. So now my options are to spend another $500+ to get a new graphics card put in. Customer service was rude and completely unprofessional. I’m so disappointed. I cannot believe I wasted that amount on money on this trash. DO NOT BUY. Cyberpower is a joke of a company, I wouldn’t buy anything else from them if they were the only computer company around, absolutely garbage.

I would say it is an awesome desktop with amazing lighting and cooling system. Even though the first one I received was broken, bestbuy exchanged a new one, and it works well.

The pc is great it can handle heavy games such as cod,warzone,ark,gta, etc. And also comes with two antennas that makes your internet much better so when you are using it so you do not lag
