    Got this computer in January of this year only for it to die within 6 months of getting it, it just randomly shut off and wouldnt come back on. Geek Squad wont even refund me the 3 year protection plan so I gotta fight with customer service about it.

    Amazing powerful computer HOWEVER i had to return it and order a new one, the fan i was told by geek squad was not installed right and was making a LOUD noise. You guys need to check what you build before you sell it!! smh

    i ordered this pc last week and it came broken so i reorders a new one and it’s been over 2 weeks and i still don’t have the pc it’s ridiculous in how long it’s taking me to receive this pc.

    First one I bought would not even turn on. Second one overheated because 3 of the 5 fans would not come on due to cheap faulty hub controller. Third one is finally working. Why software drivers do not come preinstalled and I have to search and download off the web I do not know. Nor did anyone tell me I need to screw in antennas in the back or my wi-fi would suck or my Bluetooth would not work. So to me 2 out of 5 stars is very generous. In addition even though I paid for Best Buys extended warranty they were very unhelpful. Next time I will get a custom build, that way I will know the components are all good quality and the PC will be optomized.

    I’d leave 0 stars if I could. 2nd PC bought from CyberPower and both have been completely messed up and slow. Most recent one I haven’t even had for a whole day and it’s already glitching out.

    One of My fans and gpu fan not spinning when I boot it up it moves like I had it for 10 years. It randomly turns off after a couple of minutes and haven’t had it for a full day yet!

    Received Gaming Desktop in a day which is really great, after unboxing, I checked everything and hooked it all up, first thing I noticed the rgb lights on fans didn’t work, no problem at first then I go to hook my gaming monitor up and could not get a display, I did everything I had on my other gaming pc, still nothing, contacted Cyberpowerpc and they gave me a walkthrough but still nothing, they said it may be from shipping, I was very disappointed and lured me away from buying this brand again, the ox was out together fine but it’s just the pc didn’t work properly

    I normally don’t like reviews, but I unfortunately I am going to, I had this machine for about 6 hours, and at first it was all going well, until I heard a loud POP and the system turned off and never came back on. I normally would say that it was a fluke and try another one, but this is the second cyberpowerpc I purchased that this has happened to. One was AMD and the other was Intel. I know you cannot blame cyberpowerpc for this, because they don’t use their own parts, they get them from other companies. After two different type system from the same company I cannot myself recommend you buy one of these PC’s. That is only my recommendation from my experience, you can do with this review what you will.

    received damaged. replacement was also damaged. Thought I’d give them a 3rd chance and third came damaged and without a mouse.
