    Great Pre-Built

    This is a great pre-built to start on. After testing it for a whole year at college, I would say this is more than capable for anything you'd need or want it to do. The fans are a bit loud at times, but because there are so many it never overheats. For the price-point, this is a great way to get some power with the 3070 it's equipped with . Build quality is also fantastic and I would highly recommend if you're looking for a sleek looking PC.

    Horrible experience. First delivery casing was cracked and broken and had to return. Second delivery attempt the package was lost and required a "investigation". Finally on the third delivery I received the PC and hooked it all up only for the green lines to be dispalyed on the monitor. Turns out it was a faultly graphics card. Best buy could not exchange and Cyber requrired the card to be removed and sent to them for a replacement to be sent out. This was a huge pain in the butt... never going to buy from best buy again, was not really their fault but they also couldn't help in anyway for a product they back and sell. Heard a lot about CyberPower being trash and this backs that up.

    Got my first tower power supply died took back got another pc power supply died on this one too both times went through manufacturers test for power supply both times it failed taking my latest tower back today for exchange

    Unboxed the PC as soon as I got home. Turned it on and set everything up. Come to find out, the computer randomly freezes, or deadlocks itself for no reason. I tried for 6 hours researching trying to find a solution and nothing seemed to work which led me to believe it was an issue with the hardware. Taking it back for a refund and ordered a different brand prebuilt PC by iBuyPower because I've actually had luck with that brand. CyberPowerPC always has had a bad rep for having pretty low quality builds.

    Regrettable early Christmas purchase...

    If i could give 0 stars i would...Made the mistake of buying this in Sept. for my sons Christmas. Yeah nothing but issues. Green lines all across screen signaling gpu deffect. Bought in September so pretty sure my son got a defective pc for Christmas and were stuck with it. The setup instructions were a joke. Theres no software to control the rgb installed theres no destination for drivers of components used for the build. There no component to figure out wat was even used in the build. The pc constantly crashes freezes while hardly doing anything. This is by far one of my most regrettable purchases iv ever had.

    Was great other than the fact that the Gpu is faulty, i would sometimes boot up the pc with random green lines on the screen or it would randomly reboot at times. Any slight bibration would cause the pc to crash. NOT WORTH IT FOR THIS PRICE! I got it on sale at first, it had potential. I say buy from a Different company who actually knows how to put a pc together and check for anything loose of faulty before they sell their products or better yet build your own pc or get someone else to make it for you.

    Faulty parts and bad customer service

    PC came with faulty motherboard and stopped working after only 4 months. CyberPowers only solution was to send it back to them to fix with a 2 month turnaround. That’s way too long to wait for a part to be fixed. I do work from home and can’t afford to go 8 weeks without a computer. I spent way too much money on this system to have it crash after just a few months. Bad customer service and bad build quality.

    I purchased the i7 3070 Version of this PC. After waiting a week I was finally able to pick it up from BestBuy and got it home only to find that its the wrong model. The GPU was significantly smaller than the one in the pictures. Also the PC wouldnt even turn on. Im returning this Junk in the morning... Never buying from CyberpowerPC again.... I already packed it up for return otherwise Id post pictures on here aswell.

    I have been trying to get this thing to work all day. At first it could not recognize the monitor. I finally got the computer to recognize the monitor and now I cannot get past where I name the computer upon initial set up. It just goes to a black screen. Online support told me to set up a time at a Best Buy store to fix it. The closest store is 145 miles away.

    Avoid these things like the plague

    Returned one of these because of defective GPU, got a replacement. Worked fine for a couple of days and now the replacement is having issues. System gives off a ton of heat. Pick any other brand than these guys unless you like having to deal with post purchase support multiple times within one week.

    sent me a crushed computer for 1800.00 dollars.. absolutely disgusting. purchased it as a christmas gift at the end of october wrapped it ,opened on christmas just to discover it broken and now past my return date..copletely unexeptable

    Awful. It went in for repair through totaltech twice in the 6 months we had it. The second time they couldn’t fix it and getting it replaced through Best Buy was a total hassle.

    Great Build! everyone in my family loved it and every game runs smooth on it, I personally had no trouble getting it started and it's very quite which is one of my favorite parts because i work on my computer for like 7 hours a day and it never gets hot i have had this for a over a week now and i am completely in love with this device. My friends also gave me a lot of compliments because of how good it looks. none the less thank you very much cyber powerPC for this amazing electronic that is gonna stay with me for more than half of my life because i am gonna use it so much. thank you
