In purchased the PC to replace an aging compact ASUS PC with a 1070TI. The computer operates well and the increase in resolution with games I was playing is significant. I was hesitant on Windows 11 but so far it seems perfectly fine for what I do with it. I haven't noticed any substantial change with only 16gb of ram. The SSD as well as the updated graphics card have made more than a difference. The interior of the PC case is extremely roomy, I was impressed with the packing effort to make sure nothing shifted in shipping. I could have built this on my own but I am pleased with the setup and was willing to pay the higher price for a prebuilt without having to put in any effort other than walking up and paying for the PC.

Everything worked right out of the box, easy install and within 30 minutes I was up and running playing games from my very first gaming PC! Very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this product!

This PC is more than enough for the average person at a great price. Everything runs smoothly and the RTX is amazing. Package arrived early so that is a plus!

This tower is perfect for the gamer. It was affordable and It was so easy to setup and is very quiet. My son loves the lights. I love the speed and graphics. Would definitely purchase another one if the price was right.

purchased this PC and so far everything has been working great! Was able to easily plug it in and start downloading all my apps and games. I've been able to run a variety of games over 200 fps without my gpu ever getting concerningly hot. I was able too pick up this PC when it was on sale (discounted a few hundred bucks) and i would suggest doing the same. Overall I haven't experienced any issues with this PC.

Great value, lots of bang for your buck. Add some more RAM and you have a pretty beefy PC.

I'm new to the PC gaming and the costumer support at Best Buy help me find one that would work great with out breaking my bank. I'm super impressed with this PC so far and what it has to offer. I strongly encourage new PC gamers to invest in this system first.

Easy to set up (with the help of the Geek Squad -- SHOUT OUT!). Fast. So far so good. We are looking forward to seeing how it works with games such as Minecraft and the others that come with. Good value for the price. Way to go Best Buy.

There is always room for improvement! Thats why the "good" response. I have'nt had the computer long enough to stand the test of time. It lives or surpasses my expectations for the amount of time I have spent with it. I think it was a good deal for what I paid for it. I'm happy!

For my first gaming PC, I could not be happier! Easy set up and ready to start gaming out of the box. Super happy for someone that doesn't know much about gaming PCs but is trying to learn more!

I bought this computer in-store yesterday, and I'm loving the speed and efficiency of this PC. I am new to liquid cooling, but it does have fans as well on the inside of the computer. I noticed the case was getting quite warm when running a game on Steam and I reached out for help on the manufacturer's website. I was not pleased with the agent on the live chat feature when discussing the heat and seeking advice. However, I now know how to check the internal temp of the GPU (via the Task Manager), so I will continue checking on that while gaming in the future. However, I do very much like the computer!! I just want to make sure my GPU temp stays at an ideal temp while gaming, so if I run into any more problems, I will definitely edit this post to update other consumers.

Bought this computer about 3 weeks ago. This PC is very good. Very fast no problems whatsoever. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend highly.

This pc is the best ive ever had. It runs like butter and has so much internal room for upgrades if i ever thought i needed to. But for now 5/5 would buy again.

This pc has great specs and runs anything really well. It's case is also very nice because since I got mine white I could sticker bomb it to make it look awesome.
