Everything was packed nice and secure, installation was a breeze. For the reviews stating that wires were loose, the instructions state to check to make sure nothing came loose from packing/shipping. Once everything is hooked up, just go through the initial proccess and you're all set. Great price for great equipment! I have no complaints so far

I purchased this exact PC a few months ago and it has yet to let me down. It runs smooth and I can run games on high settings with no trouble. It is strong enough to stream off of it while playing games and on high setting, no stream quality delay or drop off. All in all if you are new to PC's like I am this is a perfect starter PC.

If you want a beefy computer that's highly compatible with mostly every game, then I recommend this PC.

I had been with a worse PC for so long that it felt normal for lag to just be there with low graphics, but after I got this PC, it was amazing!! I could run everything on high graphics and it gave little to no problems if any. I highly recommend getting one of these if you want a new high-quality PC!!

This is a great gaming PC. I'm very excited at how well it performs with all the games I plan on playing on it. Including VelociDrone, 7 days to die, Valheim and more!!!! The techs at Best Buy were great too. They answered all my questions and really made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Great PC, bought for my son and I to play more games than what were available on consoles. Great system and gave us everything we needed an more. Had to reach out to them for a VERY minor issue but they treated it as though it were a big deal and were very helpful...100% would recommend!

Its really good, warms the room up a bit but other than that it is a beast and a top tier pc

I bought a pre built because I didnt know much on building my own pc, but this one turned out to be really amazing. Ive had it for a couple months and havent had any problems. It can run really powerful and demanding games very smoothly. The only downside I had was that some wires werent plugged in all the way and I had to watch a video to do it my self but other than that a perfect gaming pc nonetheless.

I just got one of these for Christmas and let me just say, you get what you pay for. The quality and look of this is amazing and I got a lot of free stuff with my purchase. I'm very happy with this product would highly recommend for anyone trying to game.

Fort the price your honestly getting pretty great specs. This pc never fails to get high to very high setting from the start of a new game, and after upgrading from a 500 pc that was pretty bad to this, I can definitely recommend this pc.
