    I was attracted to this pc specifically for the processor and graphics card at the price. While it is true there are no doubt some great parts others are not so great, little did I know those parts would cause me issues of my computer crashing every time I turned it on only for it to eventually become unusable only a month into having it. I could not recommend it for this reason.

    Absolutely horrible computer and company. It wouldn't even boot up one day and Cyberpower PC forced me to pay shipping to return it to them for warranty work - $200. When I received it back they hadn't packaged it well enough and the case was horribly damage. They paid for shipping it back, but took another 2-3 weeks. STILL DOESN'T WORK. Continuously crashing.

    $1500 Paper Weight

    As soon as I openee up the pc and followed the quick start guide, the PC gave me the blue screen of death. It continued to give me the BSOD about 26 times in the first day. Apparently the PC is supposed to come with more paperwork that tells you to update the drivers and BIOS. After doing so, the PC BSOD started to appear immediately after startup, making the PC completely unusable. Apparently CyberPowerPC is aware of an issue with their PC’s and the incompatibility with the storage they use (a disclaimer i had to dig for as it is not mentioned here or on their main website). Would not recommend anyone buy this PC.

    Bargain Parts Box

    I was disappointed to find that most of the parts in this PC are bargain bin parts so I overpaid by a boatload. It made me feel ripped off. So if you want a bargain bin build this one is the one for you. Btw had to replace all the bargain bin main components with items of more quality and substance. Will not be using CyberPowerPC again.

    Computer crashes

    Computer was amazing until it wasn’t, only 2 weeks into ownership and it’s already crashing on me! Mainly use it for gaming. I have 3 games downloaded and it’s already giving me issues. Retiring immediately.

    PC was ok until out of no where blue screened

    I have had this computer 2 months and all I did was play games but not every day and had it covered when not in use and after doing an update 2 nights ago before I went to bed and trying to get on it last night when I got off work it blue screened on me and froze up and won’t even boot back up I spent almost $2,000 and can’t even use it now have to get it repaired I should not be charged due to the computer for messing up

    Buyer beware

    Was excited to buy this pc after planning on custom ordering from Cyber Power anyway and found this one for a good price… got the pc home and hooked up only to experience crashing within minutes of trying to play any game. Did some trouble shooting and ruled it out to being a faulty ram slot on the motherboard. Returned this pc and exchanged for the same model, got it home and Immediately experienced blue screens trying to do anything. Couldn’t even get to the desk top as it kept power cycling so I will be returning it tomorrow and just get my money back. Extremely disappointed

    Contstant Crashes

    Constantly critical process dies crashing. Most often randomly, as theres no loss of speed before it crashes. Best buy tech says its the drivers compatibily or what not but did a full windows reinstalls and still gives me issues. Everytime it crashes its a new or different error code. When it runs its a great pc for gaming 200+ fps for Call of Duty, and runs Adobe products well!

    Product came without mouse. The computer gave the blue screen of death anytime you selected any icon on desktop or tool bar. Took in to geek squad and was recommended to return for a different brand

    Unexpected early failure

    After 20 hours of normal use the PC stopped sending its signal to the monitors. (Functionality of the monitors was verified) The computers turns on but it is not recognized. this is totally unacceptable

    Shutting off randomly

    I’ve had this one two days and it’s turned off on me numerous times. Blue screen saying “SOMETHING WENT WRONG :(“ then resets. Second computer in two weeks that have not worked.

    Within a week i was getting blue screened. Having to spend more money at a computer shop because it’s a hardware issue and not software! Horrible!

    This was an upgrade from an older model Cyberpower that I purchased from the same location about 5 years ago. It is exactly what i was looking for. This is a dedicated gaming system and i needed the 32 gb of ram. The price was amazing and with the range i expected. Setup was easy as always with cyberpower right out of the box
