    BIOS Update Disk missing / chassis fans don't work

    Cyberpower PC forgot to send me the BIOS update disk. I am by no means a PC-whizkid, but I did quite a bit of research to realize this, and it has caused me nothing but problems. In the product description, it says the product would include multiple discs, but I only received one disc (Intel Z490 Chipset Support DVD). I installed to my PC it didn't fix the problem. My outdated BIOS has caused me issues with my ethernet connection, my motherboard, and my chassis fans. I can't begin to enjoy online games with a hard-wired connection because it would disconnect to 0mbps. This is an absolutely inexcusable omission. I should not have to scour the internet for answers to my internet problems in order to locate different driver sets to get my PC to work.

    Enjoy buying a mystery box!

    Cyberpower refused to give exact specifics on every part inside this $1900 box. Apparently that is their business model and everyone has to "accept" it. I called both BestBuy and CyberPower to confirm the parts and they kept directing me to the opposite company. Eventually I received the PC with an MSI 3080, intel 10900k and a bunch of no name garbage parts. I should come out ahead due to the resale value of the gpu and cpu but Best Buy needs to list every single item you are receiving. It seems ridiculous that both CyberPower and BestBuy expect customers to spend almost $2000 on a mystery PC!

    This was the first all-in-one I purchased through BestBuy. Unfortunately, I discovered are some quality control shortfalls that not needed correcting. To that, QC should be improved for less seasoned buyers.

    Imagine finally getting a 3080 but having to buy a whole pc. No big deal decent setup here for the price I like it. No video on the gpu or mother board video. On the phone with cyber power and did steps recommend then he hung up lol. Not to mention I already cleared my old pc to sell haha

    Constant crashing

    Computer constantly crashing. I tried resetting memory and video card. I have tried calling and emailing tech support several times. No one answers the phone or responds to my emails. During the call it will tell you 3 minute wait time, but you will be on hold for hours. CyberPowerPC I do not need your apology I need the working computer I paid for.

    No video from a new computer

    I picked up my PC yesterday from Best Buy. Mine came with a EVGA 3080 graphics. Turned it on today but there is no video. I have done some trouble shooting and still cannot get the system to display anything. I guess I will be returning it. After waiting weeks to receive the computer this is very disappointing. Guess I will be returning the system.

    Gpu DOA

    It was supposed to be a great deal for the money, except the gpu was doa. No video signal upon boot up. Switched out gpus to my old one and it worked. Stuff like this happens so its going back. I probably would buy another if it was in stock. FYI, it was a gigabyte 3080.

    Awful computer, we will be returning it. It crashes every few mins. Not what we expected after paying this amount for a gaming computer. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. It was a Christmas present for my son and he was really unhappy we have to return it.

    Mis-Matched parts lead to mediocrity

    Pros: -Excellent parts - It's a solid value. Would be hard pressed to buy all the parts for the cost of the PC MSI Ventus 3080 OC Generic Asus Z480 MB Aprevia 800W gold Adata Ram WD blue SN550 M.2 -Case has magnetic filters and decent enough RGB Cons- -Wiring job is absolute garbage -Fans configured incorrectly (intake/exhaust) -AIO cooler is grossly insufficient for the processor - They would have been better off with a solid air cooler -Wireless card - Are people buying this really using WIFI to game? Even if they did it's a trash wifi card.. just omit it and put that money elsewhere -Stock fans are LOUD - This thing sounds like it's on a runway about to take flight -Generic drivers installed - NO MB drivers or Video drivers installed.. Seriously? over $2k with tax and I have to spend an hour installing software/updates? If they spent a little longer in production correctly configuring the fans and dumped the WIFI card for a better CPU cooling option it could be great. It really needs about $100-150 more in various part swaps to be viable. The AIO is really poor at keeping the CPU at a good temp, and the fans are stupidly loud running at 100% all the time based on the bad wiring job. Given no other choices in the current RTX climate, I'll probably end up keeping it and gutting into an upgraded rig selling off the crappy parts.
