Overall its a good build not way overpriced like other brands I've seen on here temps are alright runs well rams kind of meh but thats not a big deal still fine came with a evga 3080.
Only 2 things i didn't like
one while the 120mm cooler for the cpu works it should have a larger one
two its kind of noisy and all the fans are exhaust no intake fans from what i could see.
Note the pic i uploaded is just a temp set up to see if it was working the plastic screen protector thing is still on the glass is not that foggy its clear.

first of all, BestBuy's service was great. professional, courteous, and very helpful.
mine came with the MSI 3080, motherboard is a Gigabyte Z590, and Ram by crucial technology.
i have the same problem as everyone else. the fans on the side should have been mounted ad intake rather than exhaust. and the CPU cooler isn't big enough. will definitely be making some changes/upgrades there.
downside for me, it came with a broken mouse, and the power button/USB/RGB toggle strip on top is loose, looks like its missing some screws to hold it in place, it slides down when i try to connect a USB cable and wont register it as being there.
otherwise I'm STOKED this thing runs Satisfactory on all ultra settings at 160-200FPS

Expected more from such an expensive pre-built

This PC is fast and it works; if that's all you care about, then no need to read on.
The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because I expected a bit more from such a premium product.
I'll start with a full parts list of what I got in mine:
* Motherboard: MSI Z590 Pro Wifi
* CPU Cooler: CyberPowerPC branded 120mm AIO from Cooler Master
* RAM: ADATA XPG Z1 3000MHz CL16
* SSD: ADATA Swordfish 1TB
* GPU: MSI Ventus 3X OC
* PSU: Apevia Prestige 800W
For some context, I normally build my own PCs, but in the middle of the global GPU shortage in 2021, it's all but impossible to buy a GPU. Parting out, the GPU in here is around $1400, which is still much over MSRP, but is still far better than buying it from a scalper.
I'll start with what CyberPowerPC has done well.
The cable management in this PC is actually rather good. It's got a non-modular PSU, but it's clear the builders put in some thought and effort to keep it aesthetic on the front side. There's a nest of cables behind the motherboard tray, but that's not visible.
The RGB is also decent. Not personally a fan of RGB, but the default configuration has everything synced up, and the RGB effects are quite soft and the transitions are nice to look at.
I will admit that I am being very nitpicky about this PC below, but for power users and tinkerers, this might matter more. It's not good value for what I paid, and that's probably why I was able to buy it instead of the others that are either permanently out of stock, or get snatched up in seconds when they drop.
The thing that stood out to me the most is that CyberPowerPC clearly used lower-end parts for everything.
The motherboard is an entry-level Z590, although it is certainly not a bad board.
The RAM is budget-tier: was hoping for 3200MHz CL16 or 3600 CL18 at the least. At least Intel isn't too picky about RAM speeds. In a high-end product like this, many PCs offer 32GB RAM, but this only has 16GB, which is plenty for regular use, but I do keep lots of things open & play games, so I like having 32GB. Two slots are open, so it's easy to add more.
The SSD is one of the cheapest out there. For gamers, the storage doesn't really matter, so I can see why they wouldn't want to spend extra here. It's plenty of storage at 1 TB, but many prebuilts at this price tier also come with an HDD, which this does not. Also, if you want to add your own storage, mine didn't come with the SATA cables that typically come with motherboards. So, if you want to add more storage, you need to source your own SATA cables. They aren't expensive, but I just thought that this is something that they should have included.
The GPU is also a lower-end AIB 3080, although it is still better than the Founders Edition. In this GPU climate, though, beggars can't be choosers, and I'm glad that I got any RTX 3080.
The PSU is the thing that I think CyberPowerPC cheaped out on the most. The Apevia Prestige is supposedly a decent Andyson unit, but the reviews and online consensus seem to suggest that it's not a particularly reliable unit. For a PC with such a high end CPU + GPU, I'd like a little more peace-of-mind with a good PSU. I'm strongly considering replacing the power supply.
I didn't use the included keyboard & mouse. It's nice to have them as backup, but neither are particularly good. The keyboard is "mechanical-feel" so it's just a normal membrane keyboard, and I couldn't find too much info about the mouse, but I don't think it has a particularly good sensor for competitive gamers.
The last thing I'd like to discuss is the cooling. The case is big, has plenty of radiator support and fan slots, but doesn't seem to do a very good job with cooling. It's odd that the front is a solid panel so the intake fans are on the side. The CPU runs extremely hot, so the 120mm AIO is insufficient if you're running anything with a heavy CPU load. The GPU also runs pretty hot. It gets pretty toasty in the case, so I run it with the side panel off. I've also put a 140mm intake on the top to blow a little air over the GPU backplate.

Monster of a gaming PC - CPU runs hot but is very powerful. GPU is (obviously) a beast. RAM amount is fine, though 32GB would've been nice for the price paid ($2700). Case is nice and minimal and the RGB colors can be controlled via a button on the front IO spot, which is very convenient and cool.
Ended up buying a mini-ITX motherboard and placing everything from this build into a smaller case for a lesser desk footprint. Runs like a dream.

The RAM that was used was pretty basic so i upgraded that to new 4000mhz sticks. CPU is great but liquid cooling has a pretty small radiator for an i9. The m.2 drive mine came with had a WD blue drive so not bad, but I added a gen4 WD Black gaming drive. Definitely not enough cooling. I added several fans to the case to prevent overheat and throttling. Overall not bad, and it got me a 3080.

First off thankyou bestbuy for the fast delivery.
1st issue with the build random blue screen due to the powersupply no being the correct rating yes they had it running but I stress test everything and this powersupply only has 2 pcie 8 pin connectors.
The 3080 I received uses 3 pcie 8 pin connectors so cyberpower piggy backed one of the connectors.
Well each pcie is rated around 175 watts max on all or most power supplies well this card takes 3 so it couldnt draw the correct power from the powersupply this card is rated at 450 watts max
2nd why in the crap would you install the nvme drive under the gpu when this motherboard has 3 slots and the one on the top is open?
I took out the graphics card and thru it in another rig and using the proper 3 pcie power connectors from the 850 watt power supply I had in another fixed my issue.
I installed a 6700xt in this cyberpower pc and tested it out that uses less power and no issues at all so I can assume after trouble shooting you cant use 2 pcie connections from 1 cable. You are starving the gpu of power.
Yes people who have the same 800 watt powersupply may not have any issues but I put a full load running some 3dmarkmarks. If your not pulling more than 350 watts you wont have any of the issues I stated.

I was amazed at the turn-around. Plus I seemed to have gotten upgraded on the cpu. I only suspect that what I ordered by the way was a good 10 core system, I was upgraded to one better. So KUDOS to CyperPower for that. The system was easy to setup and I was on my way. I'm not a gamer, but it's used for 3d based modeling using Autodesk products.

I have fixed my watchdog crash for now. It was blue screen of death three times within the first hour however.
TURNING OFF THE MULTICORE-ENHANCEMENT (MCE) along with the ai overclock in bios seems to have fixed the bsod crash seen so often in these reviews. This will also lower your temps noticeably.
What genius turns that crap on in a machine with inadequate cooling already?
Anyway I hope I can save others from the sinking feeling that comes with 4 figure purchases DOA. Maybe yours is the same.
Not recommended for anyone scared of holding a button during launch to access bios and changing a couple of settings. (probably)
Pros
Hardware is as advertised- i think this is why where we're here
Wiring is plenty acceptable
Mine came with the EVGA card
Cons
Obviously BSOD crashes immediately after unboxing
Cooling MUST be upgraded to put any load on cpu
Intake fans faced as exhaust fans?
Mouse/Keyboard is as cheap as it gets. - i don't blame them and
didn't expect anything different
I feel for anyone who has dealt with crashes and are unable to fix.
I cannot say I would recommend this to the majority of my friends. The system crash straight out of the box is a huge red flag. I'm usually pretty comfortable in these machines so I rolled the dice on my dime.

Great pc. After I put in a 240mm aio, the cpu runs at great temps. For the price point they should have put in a better cooler, imho.
For those who do plan on changing out the cpu cooler, this case does NOT support 360mm or 280mm aio. Not unless you can fit it on top right about the mobo, but space is very tight right there.
Overall, a great pc if you don't mind doing a little bit of tweaking - which ends up driving up the final cost more. But alas, such is life with the current chip shortage.

Hugely Disappointing - Stuttering and Crashing

My build came with a fantastic MSI Z590 Pro Wifi 6 motherboard - very nice. The wiring is very clean. It was packaged well. That's where the positives end. The i9 would probably be powerful if it didn't immediately and constantly thermal throttle, and run poorly, in general.
I received an MSI Ventus 3x OC 3080 that heats up very quickly in this case with inadequate cooling and what I suspect is a very inadequate power supply. The ADATA SSD has poor performance for being an NVME, and for this price point. The ADATA RAM is awful at less than 2800 Mhz out of the box, poor CAS latency, and does not match the rated speed of this listing unless you go into the BIOS and turn on XMP. When you do that, it overclocks the CPU by about 3% to handle the RAM at 3000mhz.
The inadequacy of the case and CPU cooler cause the CPU to immediately spike upon booting- even with the paltry 3% overclock running the RAM at 3000mhz requires. I've had to turn XMP off due to overheating and glitching. It's inconsistent. I've had CPU temps above 90 while gaming, while installing a program, and then idling above 80! Idling! I’ve tested gaming and program applications and the CPU thermal throttles even with XMP off as it quickly reaches 100 c. I’ve applied custom fan curves in the bios and it still gets far too hot to run at it’s potential. Even after stopping programs for 15 minutes, sometimes the CPU doesn't get cooler than 75c after it’s heated up. These temps thermal throttle before you can get real performance out of these components.
Worst of all, something about the combination of these components causes stutters in many games, and the PC even hardcrashed several times or gave me a Blue Screen of Death. I've spent over a dozen hours trying to troubleshoot this, as an experienced pc builder. I couldn't solve the stuttering, and had to return this PC; I was so excited to get my hands on a 3080, even at this ridiculous $2500 price point.
I can't recommend this at this price- not for an enthusiast, gamer, or even someone who just wants to do homework/work. $2500 + tax is laughable for the RAM, cooling, and what I suspect is a problem with the PSU (and/or CPU / motherboard / nvme ssd?) that may be causing stuttering and crashing. This PC needs extra case fans, at least a 240mm AIO, and a better power supply. You'd be a fool to keep this with these issues and upgrade all those parts and add hundreds of dollars on top of how overpriced this is for it’s shoddy components.
It may be tempting, but recommend staying away until a reasonable price comes along so you can add those hundreds of extra dollars of needed parts to get this pc running smoothly. Huge disappointment. I had to return this after exhaustive trouble shooting because of the crashing and stuttering. It had to be a problem with the i9 or the motherboard, because I even tested the GPU in another build and it worked fine. I absolutely hated having to return such powerful hardware, but I'm an experienced builder, and this item had major issues.

Bought as an option for the graphics card…
My plan was to move my previous hard drives into this machine - something I thought would be easy.
I had to purchase an additional power supply & rebuild the entire pc. Which obviously voided the warranty.
So… the 4 stars is basically for the key components.
If I was more patient , I would have waited & bought the card and misc. individually (scalpers ruined my patience).
Basically; if you’re content with a 1tb & external hdd, this would be a good option. Really dislike the idea that you cannot modify the system in any way.

Overall a great PC! To my surprise, the RTX 3080 ended up as an EVGA FTW3 model, which is awesome! I wish it came with more fans as the only exhaust fan in the case was the 120mm AIO fan. CPU temps were super hot during games because of this. I ended up changing the position of the AIO cooling fan and added three more 120mm fans which fixed the problem, but I'll probably need to change the CPU cooler in CPU intensive games.

I really only bought this because it was the only way to get an RTX 3080. Received mine with a Gigabyte Z590 UD AC Mboard and an MSI Ventus 3X OC video card. I verified that everything was operational and then removed the garish fans and the cheap cooler and replaced both with better units. It's now running faster and cooler than stock. I attempted to buy additional memory sticks to match the Crucial Ballistix that came with it but it would NOT allow me to enable XMP with all four sticks so I just returned the extra and am using the 16gb it came with. After that I was easily able to OC it to 5.4Ghz for two cores and 5.1 for all cores. Anything above that required a huge jump in voltage so that's just this one's place in the silicon lottery but I'm perfectly happy with it. This is a dedicated iRacing rig that I occasionally use for rendering large movie files and it's significantly better than my old 8600K/2070 Super combo. The one thing it was missing with this motherboard was a USB C connection but there's a dedicated header on the board so I just ordered a back panel extension connector so that I have the USB C straight to the motherboard.

I needed a new computer with a more powerful processor to run some engineering software for college. Its really hard to get a good graphics card at this time so I was kind of forced to get a pre-built. I got a pretty big discount on this pc so I thought it would be a good deal.
Great power. Wiring was good. The cooling has some issues. I added some intake fans and that was sorted for the most part. The real problem is the random blue screens. For me, it happens like 4-5 days and it is annoying but does not happen enough times for me to spend significant time to fix it. I did run some tests on the hardware and everything was fine so I think I have a problem with the PSU or the software.

I read several review about overheating and was a bit worried about this rig. After having it for a week and using it for gaming the cpu hasn't went over 59 degrees C. I have a 144Mhz LG gaming monitor(1440p) with a 1ms refresh rate and every game I've played has ran at 144 fps maxing out the monitor. I received the EVGA FTW3 LED model as well, which is up for $879 on Best Buy's website. I swapped out the ballistix RAM with some 3600Mhz DDR4 I had. Overall adding up the cost of the I9 CPU ($549), GPU 3080 EVGA FTW3 ($879), MB ($220), PSU $120, Case(not sure), SSD not sure. Either way I'm still satisfied and i dont have to worry about camping out and winning the gpu lottery anymore. The most i would have to do in the future is put a new cooler on, which will cost an additional $200 dollars. So far I'm very satisfied with this system. Best Buy used to be down on my list but in the last couple of years with their return policies and great customer service and pricing I have a lot of respect for them. I would recommend this system to anyone.
