We bought two of these. Both arrived at the same time. One had extensive damage to the top of the case, yet the box was in good shape. It was properly padded inside via foam inserts etc. It appeared to me it was likely dropped at the factory. Quite disappointed. Also if you call best buy to have them ship another to the store so you can just make ONE trip, you call will go who knows where and be answered by kind folks who do not speak clear english. Ultimately I returned to store because after a very frustrating call I have no idea what they were doing on their end. My review is not a review on functionality because I don't have experience with one operating yet.

I’ve always built my own PCs, but I saw this pre built at a decent value with reasonable specs for the price. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PRICE AND SPECS. I have not been able to use it at all. The pc “semi” shuts down while trying to run anything “graphically intensive”. I thought it was a power issue at first and had the PSU replaced with a higher quality one. However the issue still persists. This is easily the worst computer I ever bought and I will be getting a refund. I’ll use the money to help build a new pc instead. DO NOT BUY.

3 days into using this PC GPU stopped working. When I got it the box was all worn out and damaged but the guy at the counter said to bring it back if anything is wrong with it. Well I guess this makes sense? The catch is, this is the 2nd pc I am returning in a span of 2 weeks to best buy because it is defective. I will go back to putting together a pc from scratch.

Arrived with a dead 3080, swapped out with my old 1080 GPU and it worked fine, so the card is a dude, an expensive one at that.

I bought this pc of best buy I love it very fast and have great specs I recommended to anyone.

Review on CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Supreme / Ryzen9 5900X / 16GB RAM / NVIDIA RTX 3080 / 1TB SSD / price $1,680 / the processor had a single cooler and it was changed to a double one to cool better, in general it is not a 5/5 because you have to make some upgrades, but for the price I think it is a tremendous purchase.

I was a bit worried that something would go wrong with my product, as that's what I've heard from other people when looking through reviews and such. I'm pleased to say everything works just as I'd hoped, performance is a dream. Nothing even came loose during shipping, it all just worked without a hitch.

PC preformed as expected! Using it for competitive racing on ACC and it allows me to run full epic graphic settings while maintaining over 160+ FPS solo and 120FPS with around 50 cars on track. Will be buying another CyberPower PC for my mom, as I am very pleased with this PC!

We have been buying CyberPower PC's for the office for a while now. I have had nothing but praise for how reliable they are. Not only that, but they are a pretty reasonable price as well. When I shop PC's they are one the top three PC brands that I start with.

This system is really great! My expectations were low when it comes to pre-builds but this system proved me wrong which this deserves a 5 star. This system games perfectly without any issues nor does it have any issues multitasking. I would definitely recommend getting this system.

My friend helped get me this computer and I cannot be happier! This is my first PC ever and I have only played on console and jealous of all my friends with PC's. This has been a perfect fit of what I was looking for and at an amazing price.

Ordered a week ago as my old computer shut down. I have only been using it for a week but it is already a significant improvement a have not had any issues like with my previous computers.

The PC packaging was very protective and fulfilled its purpose of protecting the PC even when going through a rough flight. It was also very easy to set up and I had no difficulty. Excellent Product!

When visiting our local Best Buy, I spotted the system it was what I was looking for to make the transition to PC gaming. Couldn't be happier with this beast.

Love this pc only thing I would change is the case front to one that had a screen it fir better ventilation

Nicely built PC. This ended up being cheaper than buying the parts separately and building it myself. It's well built and looks great!

So far i love this computer. it's quiet, fast, and runs all the software i need it to. I'm gonna use this for videogame design!
