Here's the deal. This thing is almost a supercomputer, but there are several things to keep in mind in your decision making you will want to think over when ordering a high end prebuilt computer. Also, I ran into some issues you may not. First the hardware in my machine which will likely be different than what you get. Intel i9-13900KF. More horsepower than most people will EVER need, high end gaming be damned, this is workstation level. You can throw everything you do at this rig, and it will keep on humming. Zotac RTX 4090 Trinity, arguably the worst 4090 card manufactured. Powerful, but the cooling on it gets mixed reviews. Not something you want to see on such a power hungry card. SSD is a Kingston NV2 2TB M.2 2280 NVMe Internal SSD, el cheepo. 1 16 GB stick of DDR5 T-Force Vulcan RAM, again cheap. Asrock Z690 C/D5 Mobo, cheap and last generation. EVGA 1000 Watt Gold psu, not a bad one. When you purchase a prebuild computer, you only know the specs and advertised parts you will get i.e. I9 processor, RTX 4090, 2 TB M.2 SSD. 16GB RAM etc. You don't know who the manufacturer of the parts will be, that is the gamble you take here. If I went to the Cyberpower site and built a machine I would have known what I was getting, but I needed a new PC, and I needed it asap and could not wait a week or two (minimum) to get a part picked computer. Also I don't have the time or energy to build my own computer anymore. Some reviews will show they got good parts, I am on the other end of the spectrum. The day they built my machine(s) they had the low end parts on the shelves, and they all found their way into my system. The build quality is pretty good and the cable management is better than anything I would have done, and thermals are lower than I expected. This review is based on the second computer I received. The first machine that was shipped to me was DOA, no post, no lights. Brand new out of the box, I was tempted to do troubleshooting but thought, “Nah, that is was Geek Squad is for”. Brought it back to the store, and rather than troubleshoot they ordered me a new one. The second one arrived a few days later, same parts as the first. Listen, I talk smack about the parts I received, but they work. The computer is fast and responsive, and nothing I throw at it slows it down, BUT, cheap parts tend to fail in the short and long term, and in the case of the ssd, it's considerably slower than something that would have cost them $10 more. All in all I am happy with the performance of the computer NOW, but with how power hungry this thing is, I am worried about the future. Since purchasing it I have added another M.2 SSD, which is faster, but it is only 1TB. I also added another 48GB of the T-Force RAM to get it up to 64GB. The Asrock mother board doesn't like booting up with this 64GB RAM, it states it is not compatible, but it will then boot normally and runs normally. I will swap that out in the not-too-distant future as DDR5 prices drop. The computer also came with a big ole dent on the bottom edge of the case, and it is a steel and glass case, so that dent took some doing to create. This dent came from the manufacturer because there was no dent or rips in the boxes the computer came in. This dent is purely cosmetic, but it fits the theme of IDGAF that Cyberpower put into the parts of this machine. Needless to say, I won't be going this route again in the future.

    FINALLY FOUND THE ONE!

The price for what this pc has is excellent compared to other monstrous prices I’ve seen for a pc with the same specs. The only thing this build needs is more RAM even though 16gb should be enough if you just want to play games. So I purchased two corsair vengeance rgb DDR5 ram sticks ($150 you can find way cheaper, I wanted the fancy rgb) and simply added it along with the T force 16gb RAM that it came with. I have a total of 42gb of RAM you can see on the picture the three RGB Ram sticks. You DO NOT have to be tech savvy to install more RAM if you’re not familiar with building pc’s. You just buy the Ram stick open the side glass on the pc and stick the RAM in the slot. EASY. Now I feel I have a beast of a computer and total money spent is still not as high compared to many other Rtx 4090 pc builds. I highly recommend. It’s always scary for me buying a pre built pc because you want to make sure everything was assembled right and is in working condition. I originally purchase the IBUYPOWER Rtx 4080 pc on Best Buy but within a few days the pc had random moments were it would heat up too fast even though I wasn’t running games. One day it flat out just turned off and wouldn’t turn on till the next day and after that day worked just fine. I don’t know about you but we’re paying way to much money for a pc to have sketchy issues like that so I returned the pc and decided I rather upgrade the gpu to a Rtx 4090 and it’s the first cyberpower pc I’ve bought. I have to say I’m really happy with the build. It came packaged a lot better than the IBUYPOWER I bought previously and I ran the computer enough to determine that it didn’t have any defects. The mouse it came with is TRASH the right click gets stuck,(unlucky batch) oh well I have a better mouse. The keyboard is decent, but again the pc itself is excellent. This was a really great buy for a great price. If you don’t want to go through the hassle of building a pc from scratch.

This was my first gaming pc I’ve ever owned and I was mind blown from the start. Super easy setup and use. Mine came with an asus mobo, and pny rtx 4090. It’s been flawless since it arrived. The only bad reviews I saw on this pc was the cooler and ram. The RAM should be a non issue though. The 16 gb single stick it came with will be perfectly fine for most people, but I just upgraded the RAM to 2 sticks of 32gb Corsair dominator platinum for a 64gb monster. And you can do that yourself easily in 5 minutes or less. I do school work on this pc, everyday browser use, and pretty extensive gaming. Every game I’ve thrown at it has run beautifully. It stays nice and quiet but can get decently warm playing super demanding games for awhile but I run games at high/ultra settings at 4k and getting 200+ fps. This pc has ruined every other gaming platform for me and I absolutely love it.

This is my first computer purchase from Cyberpower PC; however, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the process went. I received the computer a day earlier than originally indicated. The computer was well packaged, and had no obvious issues, upon first unboxing and starting the computer. It was reasonably priced, given the premium components included in the desktop build - I received a Gigabyte motherboard, Gigabyte GPU, and EVGA power supply. I've only used the computer for less than 48 hours so far, as my wife was ill so I didn't get to unbox it and set it up for several days after I received it (which was hard considering how awesome it is). Now that my wife is better, and I've had a chance to set it up. I'm very happy so far. It's super quiet, boots up very quickly, and looks great. Barring any unforeseen issues, I'd definitely give them a 5-star rating. I'm glad I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this build.

Straight to the point. Pros. - clean cable managment. Everything is where is should be. -Gigabyte rtx 4090 oc gpu -Gigabyte Z690 mobo (updated bios) - EVGA 1000 watt supernova GT psu. All cables stuffed underneath. -pretty decent case with lots of room for upgrades. -240mm infiniti AIO looks nice and keeps the i9 in thr mid 60's wgile gaming. -cons. Skimped out on 2 items, that are easily upgradable.(reason for only 4 stars) - generic ddr5 4800mhz single stick of ram.(upgrade down the road) -generic intel 2tb m.2 (SSDPEKNU020TZ) not terrible.

Pros High fps 4k gaming Great Psu Evga supernova 1000w 6000mhz rgb T-force Ram Quiet no coil whine(gpu 30c while idle & below 80 in game) Cons Motherboard having issues running 64gb 6000mhz Or anything over 32gb(gigabyte UD AC) One stick of ram ($240 more with extra one left over collecting dust) 240mm Aio cooler is terrible runs very hot(hits 100c), Intel suggest 280mm minimum (had to replace $289) Pny?/manli?/51risc?4090 gpu (Curious how a warranty would work for a gpu Pny doesn’t advertise) 3279.99 for a gpu that you have to dig information about is unacceptable. No way to controller rgb for the gpu. Pny rgb software doesn’t work with it. My rating is 4 stars but the most expensive part being unknown makes me uncomfortable. Aio replacement has my cpu running 60-65c(360mm)instead of 90-100c(240mm).

This computer is amazing! I am a 4k gamer and this is well worth the money. This thing runs cool and quiet. Playing games at max settings and doesn’t sound like a jet is awesome! Now the only downside is I’ll have to worry about heat in the office during the winter, haha. Parts and prices as of 11/5/2022 not including tax. CPU: I9-3900KF - $659.99 GPU: Gigabyte 4090 Gaming OC - $1699.99 Mobo: Gigabyte Z690 UD AC-Y1 - $260 RAM: 1 x 16GB Teamgroup Elite DDR5 4800MHz - $61 Hard Drive: Intel 670p Series M.2 2280 2TB - $150 PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1000W - 199.99 CPU Cooling: CyberPowerPC DEEPCOOL Castle 240EX (based off what I found on cyberpower website) - 99.99 Case: Custom Case - $100 (guessing and comparing to similar on amazon) OS: Windows 11 - Price varies if you go through “shady” key selling sites Also includes Mouse and Keyboard but didn’t factor it in price. So in parts alone, not including Windows 11 or mouse and keyboard, that comes out to 3229.97! You pretty much cannot build this cheaper assuming you do not have parts you can reuse. Plus you have to factor in the time actually building it. This is a crazy good deal. I wish they would have included 32GB of ram instead of 16GB, but on amazon you can find the same exact RAM to match it. It costs $61 for a 16GB stick. From the reviews I read, gaming at 4K, the ram frequency isn’t that big of a difference. Plus you can overclock the frequency a bit if you are into that thing. If you ordered this and want to check the status call CyberPower direct and give them your Best Buy order number. Best Buy pays CyberPower when one of these are ordered and they are shipped directly to Best Buy or your house depending on where you want it delivered. Mine was delayed and was able to call and get an update without any hassle. You’ll want to download the Gigabyte Control Center to find and download drivers for the motherboard.

If it doesn’t arrive damaged it’s not a bad deal. A single stick of RAM is dissapointing, but the motherboard and GPU are both great for the price. It arrived with the plastic PCI Express clamp broken off and the anti-sag Gigabyte bracket was completely broken off of the motherboard (screws broken clean off). I wont be able to get the remaining pieces of screw out, so my options are about a 4 week RMA process from CyberPower PC or a return to Best Buy. There is no knowing when this unit will come back in stock and even if it does, it may be getting close to the return exchanged window ending (15 days). Please inspect your PC when you recieve it. The GPU should be packaged seperately. When I was about to test the unit after getting off the phone with CyberPower PC and Best Buy support, I discovered that a UK power chord was packaged with it instead of a US one (yikes).

I ordered this as it's on paper the best deal there is for a prebuilt with a 13900k and a 4090. Being cyberpower, there was an inherent risk to the purchase as they're notorious for poor worksmanship and using cheap PSUs. I tried to ask multiple reps about what brand psu and ram it had and some gave me different answers (one said he "read the spec sheet that comes in the box" and could confirm it was an 850watt apevia- which was entirely false) and some had no idea what I was even asking (one told me "electricity" when I asked what the power supply was). You'd think with a $3,000+ computer, you'd be able to at least find out what you're buying. When the PC was finally ready for pickup 2 weeks after purchase, turned out the PSU in it was EVGA... but the case was completely shattered and the frame was bent (see pic). Looking at reviews, it appears multiple other customers have had damaged to theirs as well. After seeing how a few systems turned out and reading about how frustrating the Cyberpower rma process can be in case I get a new system and something breaks down the road from how it was handled, I decided saving a few hundred wasnt worth the risk and returned it to the store.

Product is a beast of a machine as long as it’s all in one piece. First one I got came with a “bad motherboard” and wouldn’t boot or power on my mouse and keyboard. Returned that one and waited, second one came in and the gpu had a crazy looking sag in it. Took it out to realize that the gpu was broken as well as one of the ram stick slots. Now I’m back to the waiting game hoping for better results.if you order this item go through it with a fine tooth comb

Showed up on the expected date and all is well. I've had only a day with it, but everything is in working order with no shipping damage. The 4090 in mine is a PNY. But it certainly performs like a 4090 so its a beast. I was pleasantly surprised to see that mine came equipped with an ASUS Z790 motherboard, so apparently they've recently made the switch over from 690s. I will quickly be upgrading the RAM to something in the 7000MHz range. I've also already gotten a 360 AIO to replace the 240 although I haven't had time to install it yet. But, right out of the box, with no software tweaking or hardware swapping this puppy scored a ~38000 on cinebench. Insane. The only minor gripe I have is the mouse it came with doesn't seem to be level/flat on the bottom. I've never had a mouse that I could rock left to right. But that's no big deal. I imagine most people shopping in this range already have a favorite mouse that they'll be swapping over to the new machine. My Logitech Hero won't be losing it's job. Overall, this is an great machine at an awesome value. It should keep me happy without an urge do to any upgrading for quite some time into the future.
