Great pc/unclear specs/late arrival

Delivery is not as advertised You have to call and ask what brands and models are the components. Yet, for what I want it is the best price/availability.

Defective

The specs seemed promising for the price. It arrived defective; no display. After multiple troubleshooting attempts, i called Cyberpower customer service. Their solution was sending It to them with a two week wait period. Considering the wait period for delivery was already two weeks, you can imagine the enthusiasm for this alternative. I returned to Best Buy and visited a local Microcenter. In and out within 30min. Assembly within two days. Works great. Accept the risk if you purchase this model.

Broken hard disk

Single stick of ram???
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My unit came with a Gigabyte 4090 OC, Gigabyte motherboard, EVGA 100W power supply, and a generic branded, sans heatsink, single stick of ram. I don't understand how this oversight continues to make the light of day in 2022 for a pc that costs more than $3k, but it does. Props to Cyberpower for not caring.

Very poor after-sale support

My GPU started having VRAM stability issues and when it was sent for RMA, they claimed it was damaged and the warranty voided. The system itself is generic, nothing stands out.

Motherboard DOA - what a disappointment

Finally had the time to set it up. Got everything plugged in, and no video. 45 minutes on the phone with CyberPower PC and they've concluded the motherboard is dead. Options are to take it back to Best Buy and they ship it back to CyberPowerPC for repairs which they say will take 2-3 weeks, or exchange for a replacement. BB website says this computer is sold out, so I may be SOL. Not a good experience and highly disappointing. I do not recommend this computer.

Damaged Nvidia 4090 FE

Mine came with the Nvidia 4090 FE with no support for the GPU. When I started the unit, the LEDs came on briefly on the GPU, then stopped (fans kept running). After a few trys, I thought it might be the motherboard like others reported. Put the 4090 FE in my other PC, had the exact same issue. Swapped old PC back to my 3080 TI, no issues. So I believe it's a damaged GPU.
