I bought this computer in July of 2023. It worked fine for 2-3 months and then began turning itself on and eventually did not display anything on the screen. It would crash often during gaming. After unsuccessful troubleshooting at home, I sent it to CyberPower for repairs. There is only one repair center in the US and it's located in California. The company will not pay for you to ship it back to them even for warranty repairs. I paid $250 for shipping and insurance to get it to California safely since several of the panels are glass. They repaired the broken components but when it was shipped back, one of the glass panels broke and so glass shards were scattered throughout the machine. Cyberpower did not pay for insurance to send it back to me, so it was not covered and UPS would not refund the cost of the item. This was especially frustrating because of the caution I had taken shipping to Cyberpower. UPS did say they would consider a partial refund for damages if Cyberpower would provide them more information, but after multiple phone calls with Cyberpower, they repeatedly said they would not do that but did not give any clear answer as to why they wouldn't provide simple information to UPS. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would be contacted in 1-2 weeks. Cyberpower said the only thing they would do is to repair the panel after shipping the computer back to them again. Because I was so frustrated with the whole ordeal, I did that and they covered shipping that time. They repaired it and sent it back and it made it back without any breaks. It has been about 3 months and the machine is still operating but still turns itself on overnight. I'm still waiting on that phone call from the supervisor. After seeing all the complaints about Cyberpower on other sites like Reddit and with my experience, its clear that Cyberpower is not a quality computer manufacturer. They consistently demonstrate that their products (not just the one I received as many others have had similar experience) are shoddily put together and also demonstrate that their customer service is not able to effectively navigate issues on the company's behalf. I bought a $2000+ computer because I thought I was getting quality but it seems that many experience issues immediately or relatively soon after purchase. If you are going to spend that much, buy a product from someone other than Cyberpower PC. Sidenote: since I bought through Best Buy, I had to interact with their customer service department too and they did a great job at helping with this process.

Amazing gaming computer. The best one in the market (price, quality) to use with Microsoft flight simulator 2020. Supreme processor, huge memory, and capacity. Stunning video card. I’m super happy with it.

Finally upgrade my computer from my laptop. There was definitely some differences that I had to get used to my im happy that I finally did it.

I’am so glad that the pc was way more better than what I expected and bigger glad that I bought this pc for my projects thank to the company to shipped with good care in way faster im so ready to used it

Our first experience was not so good since the gamer pc broke down and we had to change it to the newest model, for now i consider it to be a good pc.

Bought to replace two failed laptops. I needed the major upgrade in storage space and memory. This has it. I also, picked up some extra RAM, and BestBuy installed if for me before I even brought it home.

This pc is perfect for what I need. RGB syncs with my razer gear. The shipment was on time. I haven't stress tested it yet. I will post in the future to say how it does.

I have had this computer for a week and I LOVE it. I have had laptops for 20 years and I am grateful I purchased a desktop and specifically this desktop.

Honestly, for what I spent I was happy with the look of it all. Performance could be better but it runs everything I play really well. My biggest complaint is that the customer service for cyberpowerPC is awful. Theyre incredibly difficult to get a hold of, and the PC I bought from them shuts off randomly with zero explanation. I highly advise looking elsewhere for a pre-built as this “company” seems like they dish out quickly put together prebuilts that do not operate on arrival.

I love the tempered glass but the button that operates the leds does not function, super fast processor, video...ETC all in all 4 out of 5 ! Perfect led function would've given it a 5!

Pretty much the same hardware I'd have picked to build myself. Works good out of the box. Keyboard and gaming mouse included.

For most games, excellent gaming PC. Some open-world games get extremely laggy/have a long load time.

I love my new computer. This machine is an upgrade from one that I’ve had for 10 years.

This PC is amazing! Love the lights, and it even comes with a keyboard and mouse that also light up.

The best PC I have ever owned. The tower is not too big, so it works well for small spaces. I 100% recommend it!!

When I open too many tabs on chrome it heats up and warms my feet which is good.

Pretty good. For the price expected alittle more but overall its good. One of the legs broke while unpacking which is frustrating but allitle glue fixed the issue

A great Cpu that helps speed up my workflow. A modest but capable Gpu for games. Excellent value.
