I finally decided to upgrade my machine from a 2015 4K, loaded iMac to a CyberPowerPC (purchased from Best Buy). I am a Video Colorist and was feeling frustrated with how laggy my Mac felt when working on longer projects that needed more work like noise reduction, tracked windows, debanding etc. To be fair, this Mac was a wonderful machine to start with when I was building my home studio.
I want to start by saying the ease of purchasing this item was a pleasant surprise! Basically, I was able to "custom build" my new PC by filtering the hardware I wanted to start with. 13th Gen Intel i9, Z790 plus ASUS prime (compatible with aura sync), NVIDIA Geoforce RTX 4070ti GPU, 32gb RAM and 2tb SSD...with the light kit preinstalled. The light kit was not part of my decision but a bonus. Best Buy's site showed 1 was left at my local store and I walked right in and purchased that day! This has been a long decision in the making but I was able to get it done within an hour. Set up was a breeze, it looks amazing and I was able to install a Decklink 4k Mini Monitor PCI card in 5 minutes (no previous experience). The price was reasonable considering my original plan was to work with an engineer to custom build my set up. I ended up saving a ton of time waiting on deliveries and the engineer's time. I am not using the keyboard or mouse included. Decided to upgrade to a more comfortable mouse and I have a logic keyboard designed specifically for Color in DaVinci Resolve.
I have run a few tests to stress the new build with 4K footage loaded up with complicated effects and can already feel the difference. I'm giving it 4 stars simply because I need more time to really understand how beneficial the switch was and I was a little disappointed a manual/s weren't included in box. Not a huge deal though, I was able to find all the information I needed. I have a lot to learn to really get to know PC's again but I'm looking forward to it! For the record, I will be keeping my iMac simply for an AppleProres render station backup until I'm fully confident in the move.

So far so good... had to buy a new UPS to run it. So far it feels good, plays good, and looks good. All cords were in place and packaging of the computer was solid.
replacing a powerful 6 year old computer that was starting to show it's age.
Only issue is that the package was clearly opened at some point as the keyboard and mouse were not in the packaging as they should have been but were on the opposite side of the box. The mouse box was particularly beat up, but the mouse itself is good. The computer itself was untouched and was still packed as it should have been. It's possible it was opened at the store to double check the contents, as I see other were missing a few components, and just poorly repacked. All contents are accounted for.
Pros:
-Beautiful Computer
-Couldn't build this computer for the price (plus I don't have to deal with the liquid cooling set up)
-Cable management inside the case A+
-Not too big for a tight office setup
-quite even when gaming
-Power house with graphics
-i9 makes it good streaming computer
-Packaging is substantial and secure (even though it had been opened at some point.)
Cons
-Too Powerful for my UPS and had to get a new one.
-Only one HDMI and one DisplayPort for monitors (guess this is standard now.

I recently purchased the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop, and it has exceeded all my expectations. Equipped with an Intel Core i9-13900KF processor and a whopping 32GB of memory, this machine tackles the most demanding games and multitasking with ease.
Graphics are where this PC really shines, thanks to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. The visual fidelity in 4K is stunning, with ray tracing that brings game worlds to life like never before. The 2TB SSD provides ample storage while ensuring lightning-fast load times, which is a massive plus for expansive games with long loading screens.
The aesthetics of the case with its RGB lighting are a gamer's dream. It doesn't just look cool; the setup is also very functional with plenty of ports for all my peripherals. The cooling system keeps the unit at an optimal temperature even during marathon gaming sessions.

Quality Assembly, Terrible Defect From Intel

When I bought this computer, it was the most powerful computer that I've ever personally owned. With it came the ability to effectively run newer generation AAA video games in up to 4k resolution while achieving and sustaining up to 100 frames per second in some titles. Overall, my experience with it has been very good. I even added a 4 TB m.2 SSD and upgraded the RAM after enabling XMP in the bios.
My trouble began about a year after purchase, give or take a few months. I began to notice that certain games would start to crash, or fail to initialize entirely, namely Battlefield 2042, but also PalWorld. Naturally, I assumed it was the game that was the problem, until the issue started spreading to more and more games each day. It wasn't long later that I learned of a CPU defect that Intel has publicly spoken about that affects 13th and 14th gen 900 series cpus. Unfortunately, my computer was indeed affected. Knowing this, I understand that this is no fault of CyberPowerPc, and as a result, I will instead rate them based on PC build quality, cable management, and initial issues experienced.
Put simply, the build and cable management were flawless. There were no defects, no cable management issues, and everything works exactly as was expected. There were no unexpected issues with setting my OS, and everything was very pain-free. Because of this, I'll give it a 5 star review, but if I could rate Intel, I'd have to give a 2 star for letting this issue affect not one generation, but two generations of CPUs. I'm glad that cyberpowerpc has a warranty policy that covers this issue, which I'll be pursuing soon.

CyberPowerPC is one of the better pre-built PC companies. This Gamer Supreme Desktop Has one of the best CPUs paired with 32 gb DDR5 RAM. and a z790 MoBo that is compatible with overclocking. It comes with a 4070ti but the brand of the GPU depends on what they had in stock when building.

First time buying a prebuilt computer and the experience was great. I made sure to cost out the parts prior to ordering it and the price was the same as if I had built it myself, so I cant complain.
It runs all the games I've wanted to run so far and hasn't given me any trouble. I love the case because the magnetic latch is much easier to open than the normal screws I deal with.
All in all, great deal if you can get it at cost.

Amazing computer, purchased the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i9-13900KF - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti - 2TB SSD - Black. Runs really cool and extremely fast. Could use a operators manual though, just to answer some basic info on switches and set up. Delivery was fast and no issues. All in all, very happy with this purchase.

This is a great PC at a good price point. While it is not a cheap machine the features you get at the price are worth every penny. The RTX 4070TI video card is awesome. I can run Baldur's Gate 3 and Diablo 4 at Ultra high settings and the machine doesn't miss a beat. The GPU temp and processor utilization barely register in task manager. Visually the case is pretty cool with the LCD fan light options. The only thing I think CyberPower cheaped out on this machine is the NVMe. It is a slower Kingston SNV2S/2000G model with a 3500MBs transfer speed. I kept it installed as the OS drive and for applications and moved my Samsung 850 NVMe for games and such. No bloatware and quick and easy setup. Overall this is a solid machine and I've been very happy with it.

First one that came lasted 7 days- Best Buy deemed it defective as it would just crash upon booting.
Second one I’ve only had for a day, it does get really hot. For the price it’s a great deal for what’s in it. Definitely recommend and at least one year of insurance for good measures.. lol
Will update this- hoping it makes it longer than the previous!

This computer is rock solid. The components are top tier and the build is clean. I have been a fan of RGB lighting in glass cases for a while and this one stands out. Both of the side panels come off easily for adding drives and such. It is expensive, but I think it will be good to go for a few years.

With some of the best specs out there, this PC runs all of the heavy graphics intensive games that I play at 2k quality at 144 FPS. Lot's of storage, no noise from the fans, PC is kept at a cool temp, no dip in frames. Wouldn't buy another PC if I could.

I haven't been using this long, but, so far, I am really happy with this computer. It is so fast. I actually bought this for work because I needed a computer capable of running multiple iterations of my Cad program at once while still using my browser on multiple monitors. I have to say, I have not been disappointed. It is so fast that sometimes, when I click an icon to open a program, the program opens seemingly before I release the mouse button. It really seems to be that fast.
