Very happy with what I got. The sale price I got this for was less than what the parts would've cost me to buy them online to build it myself. The packaging was excellently done and was in perfect condition when I received it.

I was looking for a PC that would last me a few years so I went with this one. Arrived in perfect condition, packaged well. Amazing specs, the RAM is probably overkill but for the price I paid for everything i'm not complaing!

So far it has gobbled up everything I have thrown at it from gaming to spread sheets and simple things like Prime Video. It revealed how out of date my old system was and how mediocre my 1080 monitor is (new one on the way). Things like World of Tanks at max res average 480fps in 1080 and the fans on the video card are barely even spinning for it. I never thought I'd like the RGB but frankly it's very well done! Only demerit is that several list getting 6000hz memory and while mine is the same brand it only had the 4800mhz. That's a 20% difference in speed that leaves me grumbling. Even with all my pricing of parts and using lower range (i5 vs i9, 32gb vs 64, etc) I was coming out over 1,500 higher and that was with a lesser video card. Value wise? Nothing currently seems to match.

Bought this PC as my new gaming setup. It handles anything I throw at it. Nice Perk too I was playing the new MK1 and the RGB started working with the game to add a nice ambiance and excitement to the game I was playing.

I'm very pleased with my purchase, this PC runs everything I've thrown at. CP2077 in 4k at 80/90 fps looks incredible. It renders incredibly fast, all in all I'm very happy.

I upgraded from a gaming laptop to this PC, and I am 100% satisfied. It runs all the games I wanted to play without any issue. The delivery was very smooth, too. It is pricey but worth the price.

I bought this computer a little over a year ago and I’ve had issues with it from day one. I’ve had it in the repair shop twice. Certain games have crashed for no reason. I can play Tarkov seamlessly but a game like CS2 will crash constantly. I’ve tried restarting computer, uninstalling and reinstalling game files, checking integrity of files..etc. I even uninstalled windows and reinstalled to no avail. I will say when the PC actually runs its amazing.

This was a great early Christmas present. this was everything i needed at a great price plus we got the two payment plan best buy ran in November. looks awesome and does everything with no problems.

With the exception of the mouse, this is awesome. So fast. The mouse didn't work out of the box BUT, I did not take it back, just used another one.

Incredible PC. I have zero complaints. It runs everything that i need it to run at max settings and has no issues doing such. 100% would recommended to a friend.

The PC came ready to play with a lot of extra accessories. However I noticed that the bios was from June 2023, and there had been several bios update since then. The Mystic Light software used to control the RGB on the PC was also unable to launch, and I had to reinstall it from the website.

Well built unit, fantastic performance using MSAF 40th anniversary edition of Flight simulator, very quiet in operation in cooling the unit, Its a beast of a tower.

This PC has blown me away!! The speed from start-up to the number of hours played is insane. It’s super easy to navigate around the settings and overall a great upgrade compared to what I had before.

Best Buy never disappoints. Love that it is above market standards for most games with the parts offered in this PC. Second CyberPowerPC we have bought from Best Buy and they do not disappoint!

This was my first pc, probably the best gaming machine I have ever had. There’s not a chance that I’ll return to a console

The "newest" computer I've ever purchased, & has been GREAT, so far! NO (or at least, negligible) 'hiccups,' as yet. DEFINITELY recommend, especially for the price.
