Great PC once I got it working. The person that pre-built the PC didn't do the most detailed job leading to there being loose screws that caused an issue with one of the cables. The issue was able to be fixed with some electrical tape, still for the price, I expect not to encounter this issue, and thankfully it was an easy fix, but could have lead to a worse problem.

Haven't had any problems yet. Runs games really well.

Had the gaming PC for about a month now. It is the best prebuilt on the market. It runs games like ASA on 90+ FPS on ultra settings and every first person shooter it runs like a champ. I highly recommend this computer to anyone looking for a great deal.

Pretty good some bugs will figure out. A little louder than my old pc.

What an amazing machine! I've always shied away from buying gaming desktops since I normally build them from scratch. This was actually cheaper to buy. I will absolutely buy a CyberPower PC again in the future. Great quality!

my son has built his own. i decided to buy prebuilt. it allowed me to pull the trigger faster. great PC. fast start. no problems.

The Computer will run all games and software. The issue is the QA have the hardware. When I received the product the mouse was damaged. If you shake the mouse you can hear rattling of something loose inside. The other issue is the PS. It's very noise and sounds like it has a fan issue. It's somewhat quite when not running anything demanding but it is extremely noise when running higher end games.

Purchased primarily for photo and 4k video editing. Lightning fast rendering along with all processing and editing functions. Extremely pleased with this computer.

Great purchase with no issues, much more quiet than I expected it to be, does a great job of keeping cool during normal operation, the fans hardly kick in. Would buy again!

This was a great purchase. I always built my own computer, this was the first time I purchase a complete system. Very satisfied with this system.

It seemed to have heating issues with the side glass panel on for me, not sure if it was the game or if my fans are in the wrong configuration and causing issues but i just use it without the side panel stays cool and works great!

I was new to this brand of PC. It was recommended by Best Buy. Loved then lights and the look of the unit. It worked well until it didn't. I did a hard reset on the pc. Afterwards, the unit never turned back on. I keep getting a black screen. This happened 3 weeks after purchasing the PC. Took it in to Geek Squad, the stated something is wrong with power arear. I am grateful for investing in BestBuy total membership. I was able to return it, for a brand i am familiar with.

Great computer. My first experience with Windows 11, but it seems OK except for the lack of a convenient JPEG viewer/editor, but that was easily solved.

Powerhouse of a pc, can run or stream anything with no issues. Used to stream on twitch and connection and stream ran great.

the first one i got in had a faulty gpu, but best buy easily sent me another one and ive had 0 issues out of it. easy over 400 fps on any game.
