Good components!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great pre-built for the value! Arrived in a beat-up box however and appeared to be a return with the power switch already in the "on" position after unpacking. I should not have had to pay full price for a store return.

A couple of issues but overall a good PC
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Will update this review once I get it back from CyberPowerPC. I’ve had some CPU overheating issues, so I’m sending back to get checked out since it’s still under warranty. Might be a fluke, but better safe than sorry

Nightmare Purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This order has been an absolute nightmare. From Shipping with UPS (TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I can’t even begin to explain the hassle I’ve gone through with them), to then after FINALLY receiving my order, the desktop won’t put out any signal to ANY monitor with ANY cable I use, new or old. Had some computer fancy people look at it and determine it’s probably due to a faulty graphics card, which probably happened during the THREE times I had to have it reshipped to my house because UPS required a signature, but couldn’t reroute the package, couldn’t accept a signature left on the door, couldn’t leave it at an alternate spot for pickup because the package was “too heavy”, and couldn’t reschedule for a weekend delivery when 99% of the working population has time off to sit at home all day waiting for a package. So I finally get the faulty product. I tried to make an online repair request right away, but it told me to call because they can’t make reservation online currently. Okay, fine. I call, and answer all the automated questions, get sent to a real human who asks me two questions and then says I can get a whole new computer if I send the old one back to a UPS hub. I specifically asked for a REPAIR, I was NOT going to deal with UPS again. So after asking me a second time to reconsider, he offers to transfer my call and then just hangs up on me. So I’m left to make the 20 minute drive just to talk to someone IN PERSON who can’t hang up, just to take two minutes to schedule me an appointment with geek squad in two days for an evening appointment, Idk how long the repair will even take or the process of getting parts. I really can’t say a single positive thing about this entire experience. I’m not even excited for my product anymore and I’ve had to turn away clients and money due to this whole ordeal because I was going to use this for my work.

Sent Broken device, customer service terrible.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they sent me a damaged device from the factory. the M.2 drive was sandwiched on the stand off screw and shorted out the m.2 slot on the MOBO. when i contacted their customer service about it they were absolutely terrible. and incredibly dismissive. im sure cyberpower trains their reps to act this way. in an industry with an insanely low bottom line. im surprised that cyberpower is taking this approach to things. they want me to pay to send it back, pay for the packaging to send it back to them. and be without it for the entire holiday season, anywhere from 2-4 weeks not including transit.. after they had me do 2 weeks of troubleshooting for them to figure out what the problem was.. this is rediculous and im most likely going to return this thing where i got it from. and telling everyone possible to avoid this scam of a company.

Issue Ridden Beast
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first pre-built PC I have ever bought, and I will never be buying pre-built again. At least not Cyberpower. I have had so many software and hardware issues with this computer. For months my computer blue screened daily, something that has never happened with any other computer I've ever built. Many of the fans were installed backwards, there were 0 intake fans when I got it, only exhaust fans, so I had to flip some of the side fans to be intake fans. The CPU water cooler randomly stops working as well, the light on it will shut off and the liquid will stop pumping, causing the CPU temps to spike to 100+c while sitting idle. It's a really beefy computer, but with the amount of issues I've had, I'd never recommend anyone buy this computer.

Something is not right
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has all the bells and whistles but crashes every day while gaming. It just shut down and rebooted itself in the middle of a match. Only had it for 3 weeks and can't return. Thats a lot of money for something that's just not working the way it should. I think 2 fans are not working and the ones that do sound like a wind tunnel. Already looking for a replacement, i should have gone with my hunch and waited for a PC with better qualty.

Dead on arrival
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked up on 12/5 at Best Buy after waiting 5 days for it to arrive. Unboxed on 12/6, plug it in, tried all five monitor ports on the graphics card like the arrow pointed to...nothing. No image, no boot, nothing. Tried three different monitors, 3 different power outlets, and five different cables. Nothing. Returned on 12/7. I don't know if it's Nvidias too heave graphics cards for the 40 series, bad craftmanship, or just that only certain people are lucky. Either way still have no gaming rig. When you pay over 2k for something the least it should do is turn on, the best it could do is work as described.

Cheap build and components
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had great expectations, but the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. The very first day it worked great and I was really happy. Later, I had restarted after some updates and I started hearing a whine from the PSU and the PC would not boot up properly. The fans and lights would come on and off - they put a cheap PSU. I returned it, because the RMA would just give me another cheap one.

Poor Geek Squad customer service
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right out of the box it does not work. With a tech I haired and CyberPower Tech support we determined it might be the Video card. I was told to see what Best Buy could do for me. Bottom line I could not get the Geek Squad Customer service rep to adequately answer my questions or schedule an appointment for me. Then while waiting on him, he terminated the chat. So far Cyber Power has been great. Best Buy not at all.

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first time I’ve ever had to make a review on a product, unfortunately its a bad one. Save your money
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The worst computer I have ever purchased. I have received the white, black, and blue screen of death. Dont even try to plug anything into the usb port on the top of it or it will crash the computer. The lights are spotty and will stop. And it consistently gliches. Stay away from the company.
