DO NOT BUY DEAD ON ARRIVAL

So I look inside and the pcie slot for the gpu was broken. I did an rma and it take 8 days to ship each way and 7 to 14 business days to repair. Wanted to get myself something nice for christmas now i'll be surprised if i get it back by January 20th.

Hot and becomes sluggish

arrived on time, functions quietly and effectively

The team at Best Buy Tucker, GA, were wonderful and extremely helpful on pickup.

Watch out for what you buy

After shutting it now and rebooting it the problem would continue. Took it in to geek squad to find out that even the model/serial number is different from the one I ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Great PC

Get the extended warranty

Bought August 24 2024 and now it won’t turn on September 25th 2025. Jumped the power button and nothing turned on still, replaced the power supply and still nothing, jumped the 4th and 5th pin on motherboard connector and got the fans and lights to turn on. Will update when I have more time to diagnose.

Pc loses video driver randomly , not sure why

Don’t buy this PC!

The SSD is known for having blue screen issues no matter what. I am going to have to replace the SSD. Best Buy did not do anything and CyberPowerPC didn’t either.

Non-repairable CPU

Sent to geek squad 4 times and was sent away just for Intel to send me back telling them to fix it. Once sent to their shop, i was notified it was not repairable and being forced to get an exchange. If i wasnt a total member i would have paid $250/visit for them not to figure out my issue. I did my own research to figure out my own issue. Waste of money.

Arrived dead on arrival.
