    It's really good. Make sure to connect the wifi antenna located in the box boosted me from 1 bar to 5 and now im getting 550mbs. Really good computer.

    desktop was great but one the leg come broke, they want to replace it just because of this they refund my money now it is 200 usd expensive.

    Worked for one day. Turned it off. And it never turned back on. Tried troubleshooting steps on Cyber PowerPC website. Tried hard reset (unplug power cable and hold power for 15s). Tried replugging in cables, but still not turning on (and no lights on the motherboard or on the front too indicate that it's getting power). Seems other reviewers have also had similar issues.

    The glass panel hooks were broken on arrival and could also hear rattling inside from something being lose. Customer support was horrible. Returned after a week.

    arrived on time, functions quietly and effectively

    Functional out of the box one windows is up. also runs Vectorworks 2024 quickly and quietly. The team at Best Buy Tucker, GA, were wonderful and extremely helpful on pickup.

    Opened up the packaging, was excited for my upgrade, it didn't register on either of my monitors with display port or hdmi. So I look inside and the pcie slot for the gpu was broken. I did an rma and it take 8 days to ship each way and 7 to 14 business days to repair. Wanted to get myself something nice for christmas now i'll be surprised if i get it back by January 20th.

    Just picked this up and I have been very impressed with this PC. I have multiple monitors running such as the Odyssey Ark and the 57 inch Odyssey Neo G9 and the resolution has been amazing."

    Even with a liquid cooler it seems when you put it to the higher levels it get hot and loses potential. The gpu is great but the i9 is not all its made up to be.

    this pc started having problems about 8 or 9 months into me having it. all my games would crash and sometimes the pc just wouldnt turn on and I'd have to fiddle with the power cord for 10 minutes before i could manage to get it to turn on. worked well while it was fully functional though.

    Bought this computer within 15 days the screens would start going black and the fans would speed up to max. After shutting it now and rebooting it the problem would continue. Took it in to geek squad to find out that even the model/serial number is different from the one I ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous.

    The first day everything is fine, on the second day I updated the driver and it restarts and turns on a blue screen, it no longer works, only 2 days and it already gives problems

    The computer came with a faulty part. The SSD is known for having blue screen issues no matter what. I am going to have to replace the SSD. Best Buy did not do anything and CyberPowerPC didn’t either.
