    Good price at the time but the pc loses video driver randomly into use . Like it wouldn’t allow any streaming or gaming until you restart.

    Get the extended warranty

    Computer was decent until the 1 year warranty was up. Bought August 24 2024 and now it won’t turn on September 25th 2025. Jumped the power button and nothing turned on still, replaced the power supply and still nothing, jumped the 4th and 5th pin on motherboard connector and got the fans and lights to turn on. Will update when I have more time to diagnose.

    Worked fine for a while until it didn't. Sent to geek squad 4 times and was sent away just for Intel to send me back telling them to fix it. Once sent to their shop, i was notified it was not repairable and being forced to get an exchange. If i wasnt a total member i would have paid $250/visit for them not to figure out my issue. I did my own research to figure out my own issue. Waste of money.

    This computer came in dead on arrival. Would not register a monitor on either the gpu nor the integrated graphics. Drove an hour to return it, an absolute nightmare. Hope you have better luck than I did.

    Bought this PC at Best Buy. The power button is inconveniently placed at the bottom, making it hard to reach if the PC is on the floor. It’s very noisy, so it’s impossible to work without headphones. The water cooling system gurgles and makes noises that are noticeable in a quiet environment. The components are cheap, especially the ASRock parts and the ADATA hard drive. The PC also freezes for a few seconds about once an hour, which shouldn’t happen. The USB ports are also inconveniently placed at the bottom, making the PC suitable only for desk placement.

    AIO PUMP IS CRACKLING

    The first pc I purchased has an AIO pump that made a crackling noise. I assumed it was air bubbles and tried finding a solution and nothing worked. I exchanged the pc for another pc of the same spec and the AIO pump in this new pc makes the same crackling noise. It is concerning that the pc is not undergoing proper QA and could cause a malfunction later on.

    The only thing that worked on this pc was the fans. At least they were pretty. But I didn't buy this expensive PC for the lights. When I called support, they said I can return it to CyberPower for repair but I'd have to pay for shipping and wait 3 weeks. That would mean I'd pay more money for a refurbished PC. That ticked me off. Best Buy did a great job refunding the money on my card when I took it to the store. The box was mutilated. The video card was barely connected to the MB anymore.

    Repeated Blie Screen Resets

    After i bought the PC, it worked fine for about 2 days. Then it started repeatly blue screening and having to restart. To a point it was an endless loop. Took it back and they exchanged for another, I had barely turned the PC on and it started doing the same thing. Took that one back as well and got a whole new brand. Customer service was absolutely amazing though at Best Buy. Highly recommend getting the Best Buy total memebership

    Steer clear

    Purchased this computer to be welcomed to a blue screen immediately after set up. Contacted both geek squad and the official support without any improvement. Was told to exchange it for an identical model just to have a 2nd computer blue screen but this time during set up. Extremely dissatisfied would not recommend this brand to anyone.

    ran great at 1st. 4 months in and I had to bring it in twice now and the 1st time they said they found nothing wrong with it... hopefully they figure it out the 2nd time. blue screening launching games and when it does launch it may run for 10-15 mins they crash and restart the pc

    Repeated errors on boot. When it does boot it displays error that it failed to boot several times. Unable to find ASRock motherboard model so BIOS can be updated. Throttles DDR speed. RGB lighting is only controlled with push button. Garbage machine.

    This computer has a ridiculous design that is bound to fail. Basically a vertical motherboard with a massive Nvidia 4060 hanging off it only supported by the motherboard slot and the DV port cover at the back. The DV port cover openings prevent a locking DV cable to be fully seated. Major disappointment!

    PC failing to boot up after owning it for less than two months. Best Buy won’t fix the problem and is passing it off to Cyber Power. Cyber Power tech support not answering customer call. All in all I’m left with a really big paper weight.

    Wouldn’t recommend. Purchased on sale on black Friday as a Christmas gift. Upon initial setup pc wouldn’t connect to monitor, keyboard or mouse. Called cyber power and was told probably a faulty graphics card. They said I could send for repair under warranty or take back to Best Buy for refund. Of course it’s out of stock at Best Buy and my sons Christmas was ruined.
