Brand new and broken

Now it can’t play a single game without completely crashing to the dashboard. Pathetic and beyond upset. I read reviews and should’ve went with another brand.

Would not recommend

Nothing was strapped down inside of the case so I just had wires everywhere instead of wrapping it. My games constantly crash, even my FL Studios will crash. I would not recommend buying it PC from cyberpower.

Piece of plastic garbage x 2

Ordered replacement, which was damaged again. Wasted days of time and they still expected me to take it back to store after they damaged it twice. Total waste of time and money.

Stay Away from Best Buy!

Terrible pc

Blue screen CRASH!!

I finally set it on the 30th, I was able to connect everything and after it kept crashing every 20-30 seconds after it come back on. Returning ASAP.
