    Ordered, arrived with all feet broken and plastic rattling around inside. Ordered replacement, which was damaged again. Wasted days of time and they still expected me to take it back to store after they damaged it twice. Total waste of time and money.

    Bought 3 all 3 had the same problem get a few hrs out of it and it blue screens has something to do with windows after the 3rd one just exchange it for a asus rig so much better then cyberpower DONT BUY

    Blue screen CRASH!!

    Bought this PC on the 18th. I finally set it on the 30th, I was able to connect everything and after it kept crashing every 20-30 seconds after it come back on. Returning ASAP.

    Cyberpower pc is the worst. Its cheaper for a reason. Will never purchase again. Do yourself a favor and rethink this purchase and this manufacturer.

    It send me without hard drive and i went back and ask for replacement and it took 1 month and it went cancel. Very disappointing

    Have had many issues with their PC’s 1st PC had blue screen of death and a defective fan, 2nd one has bluetooth controller latency. Im returning and giving up on PC gaming.

    Im a content creator and I needed a good PC to withstand the software I use for hours of editing videos. This is the PC for that. I upgraded the RAM to have four sticks of what it came with and I couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend for video editing/content creators.

    Second CyberPowerPC, and it didn't fail to impress. If you're looking for a good one, this is it. First Intel CPU, so we'll see how it goes, but since AMD's have been burning up, it was the best choice, IMHO.

    When I first unboxed it and set it up, i got a flicker of lights and no boot. I didnt panic, just took care to take it off power, checked how everything was seated and then it booted without issue, transferred files from my old Pc to this one, gaming was great and it was a great PC… for 2 days. Day 3, I go to turn it on and got a flicker. No boot. I again, check the seating of cables, no issues, pulled cords off and put the minimum neccessary back on. Tried again, booted up no issue. Ok great. Day 4 goto power it on. Got a flicker again, this time, I can’t get a reboot. I don’t even get a flicker of LED lights consecutively. Very sad and frustrating. It was great for 2 days… quality control may be an issue.

    Foam Packaging Exploded INSIDE PC Tower

    The PC looks nice (on outside). I personally do not like the chosen locations for the front USB ports. (Very bottom/base of tower). My PC was purchased at Best Buy and shipped to my home. INSIDE the PC was a foam filled plastic bag (that seemed to be purposefully placed for shipping reasons) under the graphics card to provide stability and support when shipped. The included instructions do tell you to remove this foam before plugging in your PC. My foam bag had exploded foam all over the interior glass, graphocs card, and interior metal frame of the PC. And it looked like it was still "wet foam" when it exploded as I could not remove all of it from the metal frame of the tower... (Technically, it can be removed... but to do so will require a brillo pad and scratching the metal surface.) Unfortunately, the surface that needs cleaning is visible through the glass and would look more stupid than having the "sprayed foam" on the tower. I'm bummed.
