    I bought this item on nov 21st 2024, item arrived 6 days later at my house. After going through all the instalation, the PC had someone else’s name and required a log in password. That tells me that the unit was used. I called best buy regarding this issue, and they told me to send it and they would send me a replacement. Today, nov 29th 2024, i got a email stating that my order was canceled, im very desapointed at the way best buy handle this situation, and if anyone reading this that can still make this happen, please let me know.

    Great computer, good shipping and clear instructions. The keyboard took a little getting used to and I wish I could turn off the mouse lights, but that's just a nitpick.

    Bought this in store, took it home, downloaded Diablo 4 (the whole purpose of me buying this PC) and PC kept crashing every time I clicked to start Diablo 4. Then it locked the PC login screen for 2 hours because of the crashes while I was trying to figure out what was causing the crashes.

    Started crashing after a week

    Started crashing a week after buying it. Thought i was getting an upgraded PC and in the end it was so disheartening to have this $2500 paper weight not even be able to open a program without crashing. Broke my heart because it was so exciting to get a new PC and its just a hunk of junk. Best buys responce was “you can return it” so open box buyers beware.
