This pc is a beast, I have enjoyed playing every game at 4k resolution with a good frame rate. From AA games to AAA games, I also play vr games which this pc can run with no problem. Some of the complaints I got are that the pc sometimes crashes during some games, it has only happened with Fortnite and Valorant. The Pc rgb software feels like it lacks a lot. Was it expensive, yeah. Do I recommend spending 2 grand on this, nah, wait for the next gen of components and get this one cheaper or get the new high end

Welcome to my review of the CyberPower i9/4080 Super Gaming PC. I have had this system for a few weeks, and I am mostly happy with it. I will now list the positives and negatives to hopefully make it easier for someone else to decide if they want this computer. Positives: The case, fans, and AIO system provides excellent cooling. The machine is fast, though not as fast as I expected coming from an 11 year-old pc. The system came pre-installed with software to turn off the stupid RGB lights, which I absolutely hate. Finally, the 4080 Super card seems to be a beast that can handle pretty much any game out right now, and it stays cool while doing it. Negatives: There was some sticky residue (thermal paste gunk maybe) left on the top of the AIO cooler, which doesn't cause problems but still looks bad. There was also some brown crap in the cracks of one of the feet, and the "intel i9" sticker was weirdly crooked, which makes me slightly suspect that this was a resold used machine, but I'm honestly not sure. I also feel that some of the cable management could have been better, because some of the wires come precariously close to resting right on top of the motherboard. There have also been some strange happenings, like the sound cutting out briefly, and having to do a restart because I couldn't access settings, but I don't know if those are Windows or machine related. And lastly, my biggest complaint is I feel like the fans are set a bit too aggressively by default. The AIO is pretty quiet, but the fans give a pretty audible air-moving sound, and they spin up a lot, even during simple things like program installs and loading up YouTube. I'm not smart enough to adjust them in the bios, and I'm sure it was done to keep things extra cooled, but if you're looking for a dead-silent pc, this isn't it. Final Thoughts: Good system overall, a bit overpriced, with some weird cosmetic issues, and some minor things that may or may not be an issue for you. Get it on sale if you want it, since I don't feel like it's worth it for the full price. Also, this was the second CyberPC I had to try, since the first one of a different model had an issue with the AIO, so be aware that it may be a bit of a crapshoot to get a good one.

PC is great and performs well. Minus a star due to cheap keyboard and mouse.

The first machine we received did not work. Then took 2 months to get another one (even after paying for expedited shipping). This one works wonderful. My son loves it.
