I bought this for myself as a birthday gift. I took it home set it all up and turned it on and got a blue screen. Called customer service and they were very helpful, and wanted to replace it for me, but it makes me really nervous to commit.

Got this for gaming, mic didn't work from day one, made an appointment with geek squad in a hope of fixing this at best buy. I was sent back saying they couldn't figure out and cannot return as well. I guess i am stuck with the mic not working issue.

Initially, one of the lights did not come on but the machine itself fired up. That still did not matter. Certain functions did not work and it did not have the ability to do the tasks they claimed. I ended up returning it.

A Very Fast Computer

I needed a PC for Grapghics work. This so far been really good at running ny graphics program vary fat
ere’s why I recommend it:
• This PC runs extremely well and is very quick.
• AMD Storage MI enabled which is nice for quick startups and file maintenance.
• M2 slots to add NVME drives
• Decent video card
• Nice case and runs quiet when not running at full tilt
The reason I gave it 4 stars and not five:
• The docmentation is weak, with little information on upgrades and nothing about the inputs on top of the comuter.
Overall I would recommend this for the price, but I wouldn’t recommend this for a novice as you have to remove the case cover to remove the packing material utilized to keep the insides safe. This is very trivial, but can be intimidating to someone who have never done this before. Maybe Best Buy can do this for you without charging an arm and a leg.

Originally I bought the GMA3800BST but then I returned it for this one because this one went on sale. This PC is great for gaming. I can play games like Rainbow Six Siege on max settings and still get 100-170FPS. The CPU is water-cooled so that's really nice. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because 1. When I got home from picking up this PC and took it out of the box I noticed one of the screws that holds the feet onto the pc was missing, No big deal. I called Cyberpower and they are sending me a replacement screw for free. 2.The connectors to the lights for the fans where disconnected, probably due to shipping. I plugged them right in again but a less "tech savvy" person wouldn't have the slightest clue of how to do that and that happens often, I see others reviews about it saying the connectors where disconnected. Overall it is a great PC for gaming, streaming, VR, Or for office work or school work when needed. P.S. You need to update all the drivers and install the windows updates before using this PC, it may be pre-build but you still need to make sure everything is up-to-date to make sure it runs smoothly.

This PC is amazing I bought it on 4-26-19 and now I'm writing a review. All I can say is that it met all my expectations plus more. Everybody told me not to buy a Pre-built Gaming PC but I'm glad I did. This PC would actually cost you more building it yourself. This PC looks amazing and most importantly it runs great. Since I bought it I had no issues. It runs all my games on high settings with no problem. Its a great buy for the money plus it comes with 2 free games. You can't beat this deal.

Setup was easy and fast. The quality of the build was very neat and top quality. There was no extra bloatware on the computer like other major brand computers. Computer is very fast and runs everything we need it to run.

I purchased this desktop yesterday after 3 visits to the Best Buy and doing research of the 3 Gaming PC's I was interested in. After a lot of thought I decided on this one as it had everything I was looking for with a bit more. The price difference was small enough to justify me going with the more expensive PC. Setup was very easy and after powering it up I just let it run updates and then started setting up my games. All games played are running smooth and the graphics are perfect! Great system for the $ on sale for 1,129. I have owned it for one day and have nothing bad to say about it.

Powerful Rig

I'll preface my review with stating that I'm a technical person who has built computers in the past and have worked for over 15 years in IT. That said, I didn't feel like sourcing all the parts and building one this time around. I wanted peace of mind that someone else had verified compatibility and that if it didn't meet my standards I could easily return everything. This rig is plenty powerful for my needs. I have a few gripes that really irritated me, though. First, whoever built it at the factory failed to connect the radiator fan to the motherboard header, so the CPU was running super hot. I was able to fix this, but a less technical person would have returned the product. Second, the StoreMi RAID/tiering product is garbage. For what it cost to put the rotational drive and SSD in this, they could have used a single NVMe, which is what I ended up doing. By the way, if you do the same, understand that most NMVe drives don't come with the required screw, and the CyberPowerPC doesn't provide one either. Lastly, at the time of this review the motherboard used in this is not yet listed on AsRock's website, so no BIOS updates are listed. The other B450 based boards are there, but not the specific variant used in this machine. Hopefully this won't be an issue when the v1.40 update is released in the near future.
All in all, it's a good machine, but CyberPowerPC has some quality control issues to sort out.

Dear MJWaters1985,
Sorry to hear about your experience. The fans will be connected to the power supply. You are more than welcomed to plug the fans onto the motherboard headers. StoreMi is supposed to assist in improving performance by combining the SSD and HDD into one drive. If you do experience any issues or need anything clarified, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support agents for any assistance.

It has an easy set up, and was one of my first gaming pc's. I am impressed with the performance on games, however the fan is an issue for some. But it is a great pc and is a good prebuilt pc for the price tag it has.

First time buying a gaming desktop and I would have to say so far this is by far one of the best gaming rigs you can get for the price. You wouldn't have to upgrade anything for quiet some time. Highly recommend this computer to everybody!

I don’t usually do this but I am so impressed with this thing I feel I need to
Now even before I fired her up I upgraded the ram to 32gb which cost me $60
Made an appointment with geek squad which fell through (not too happy with them) so I installed the ram myself easy as can be plug it in and your done this thing isn’t a beast it’s a flat out monster with attitude
I’m a Rust fan max settings no issues no lag at all loads fast and it is beautiful
I don’t know how it runs with the 16gb of ram but for $60 I don’t want to
Do your self a favor buy this pc she is awesome
(Spend the extra to upgrade the ram you won’t be disappointed)
