When I read reviews some people complained about t being too loud. There is actually an energy saving mode which is not load at all. You can switch it to the full performance mode when you play video games. There were a few problems when it crashed in the middle of the game, but updating drivers helped to fix it,

A minor fault
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had bought this computer roughly 2 weeks ago. At first it worked fine. Booted up nicely and all, but during my steam download the computer crashed. This has happened a few times since then and last night it froze and crashed about 4 times. Once I can figure out how to fix this the computer deserves a 5 star rating though.

Decent starter
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im not going to bash the computer to hard so far its been decent I only have owned it for a month but every time I try to play certain games it crashes within 5 minutes of starting it I tried taking it to best buy Geek Squad to help since I only have owned it for a total of 1 month and was talking to them the whole time of the problem but geek squad wont touch it unless in pay them 200 bucks... its very irritating knowing my group of friends cant play games they want because my pc crashes and after buying everything I don't really got the 200 just to throw at them. so computer wise it works for most games, but if theres any problems with it your on your own unless you got money

Very good for a starter PC gamer

Thank god that I had insurance because one of the wires were hitting the GPU fans and unfortunately 2 of the propellers broke off and I had to replace it. Overall the PC is amazing, you can literally play any game and you won't have a problem!

Opinion on this pc from someone who has it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had to send this pc in twice for multiple repairs on the gpu, I've used the warranty more than once. the gpu has problems over-heating in this build, i suggest upgrading the cooling system. apparently this is a common issue with this prebuilt, all i know is just build your own pc and don't get scammed like i did. and yeah i am aware of what a rx590 is. its actually a pretty dang good graphics card(for the price at the time now its not) because of the chip shortage.

Great entry level gaming platform.

The only problem I had was, one of the cooling fans LED lights wasn't working. I found a wire that must have came loose during shipping. Plugged it back in and everything worked.
