I went to the store to find out more about it, but because I was past the so called 15 days they wanted to charge me to look at it. I just spent $1500 on pc and monitor. I will buy my next one through the competition online.

Incompetent manufacturer

The first day, the light and cooling fans failed. Two weeks later the hard drive started crashing. Took the computer into Bestbuy to get fixed on the 9th, the computer, hard dive, and fan was tested and sent out to the manufacturer for repairs. Got the pc back on the 25th to find out the manufacturer is incompetent and found nothing wrong with a computer hard drive that fails to boot. Best Buy bid there best to try and make it right by working with me to upgrade to a solid state drive that fixed the problem. Best Buy ***** Manufacturer *
